Not clean and dirty”

The place too dark and scary. The multi carpark. The apartment floor is sticky when we first step in , there dust all over w spider webs . The toilet have stains.. looks like they nver clean the place for quite a long period.

Have to collect keys separately which is quite far away. Troublesome just to open the unit door because checking in with baggage and young children. Too much hassle.
