Perfect Location”
The room was very clean! Location was perfect. Quick walk to Khao San Road. Make sure to have calling credit on your phone to contact the front desk if no one is around. I had an early checkout at 4am and the gentleman met me in the morning to help me with my bags and taxi. The only thing I would suggest is bringing ear plugs. The rooftop bar was above my bed and was quite loud. But aside from that, no complaints.

Good for tourist destination ”
We stayed here mainly to catch out 5am bus to Koh Chang. The staff were very helpful, even coming back at 4:30am for check out. Room was clean. Good bathroom. Good price considering the area. We stayed in one of the bunk bed rooms, which had no window - meaning it was pitch black at night. Because no window the room had a damp smell.

Only worth if your just passing by”
Little hotel next to khao San. It barely has any front desk, the ladies from the steet has to call the owner. You do have to go up a bunch of steps, no elevator, keep in mind . Very basic room. But was good for our transfer to boonsiri buses which was right in from of the hotel. So suits you if you plan on going to the islands. But not to stay a few nights .

Secret budget accommodation ”
This place can be described as botique hotel meets bunker. Without the big sign on the building it would have been difficult to find it. You have to ask the street vendo to step aside, and there's a tiny staircase. It's a challenge if you got a lot of luggage. The deco inside and outside the rooms is very interesting. The location in Kao san is great. You can easily access the roof top bar. You'll definitely hear the loud music, but they don't finnish extremely late at night. We had a simple room for four people where the space was used very efficiently. The weak side of this place is the service. There is a number to call, and it works on and off. The person in charge didn't understand any English whatsoever, and since we don't speak Thai we had to use a translation resourse, which worked out well.

I arrived at around 8 pm, no one in the reception. There is a number posted but they assume you can read Thai and you have Thai number. In short you have to call. I tried to check out at 6 pm. No one in the counter. You will feel helpless and hopeless.

Cool little place in the heart of Banlumpoo”
We stayed in the Fantastic Four room - a clean, fun family room with four bunk beds. I can't say enough good things about the friendly, helpful staff at this great little guest house. We had to leave early in the morning and so did not get to enjoy the breakfast, but it smelled great. It's hard to find good value in this price range, but The Secret Service provides a fantastic lodging experience for a reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again our next time in Bangkok!

We stayed at the Fantastice Four room for 3 nights. Everything was good, the staffs were beyond friendly. One minus point was our toilet smells weird, would be completely perfect if the hotel can sort it out :) nice place with reasonable price. Would totally choose this hotel if I ever get a chance to visit Bangkok again.

The hotel is perfectly located and it is surprisingly quiet, even though the Khao San Road is so close by. The staff was really friendly and the room simply amazing. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice decoration”
It is located in a perfect area with good foodcourts around and near Khaosan road. However, the receptionist is not good at English, room is kind of small. There is a rooftop bar on the top, which can cause some noise at night. Price is reasonable.

Great value for money”
The location is great, near Khao San Rd. and other attractions. The theme of the hotel is super cool. As a coffee and board game lover, I also appreciate the free coffee (choco and tea) and some board games available on the dining area. The staff are also kind and helpful.

Fun Boutique Hotel”
The good: We enjoyed our stay, and the decor of the hotel was fun. The room was clean, and the decor was entertaining. The location was great too. Just two streets off Khao San, so it wasn't as noisy as being on the main drag. Staff was friendly, and helpful, and the Atmosphere bar on the rooftop was nice to hang out in. What needs improving: The space could use a fresh coat of paint, and the beds are hard as rocks. Also, breakfast seemed to be cold eggs, and bread with tomatoes and onions. We didn't eat it though.

1000 Baht Room Key Deposit??!!!”
This hotel could be perfect if without this 1000 Baht Room Key Deposit (which you'll get back after you check-out). 1000 Baht is a big amount. I no longer need this big amount of cash on my last day in Thailand. It would be better if they just allow passports as a deposit or maybe a 300-500 Bhat will do, just enough for a taxi ride to the airport.

Amazing property with roof top terrace!”
Very nice property for your people with an amazing roof top terrace. Not worthy to book triple room, the extra bed is simply a slim fouton mattress on the floor.
