Great Experience”
The staff was very nice and help Sinai the major was very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the breakfast was great and the location is down right amazing. The only issue I would say there is , is parking which is just on street and if you lucky but this isn't really an issue with the hotel more of an issue with it being in the old city. I would highly recommend this hotel, also book in advance it fills up quickly.

very quiet hotel in a good location”
Just located outside the wall, it was serenely quiet. The breakfast offered in the morning is expansive. Staff not particularly friendly, however if you spend most time out the hotel - it isn't a problem! Great location for exploring Jerusalem though, easy to grab a taxi and walk to surrounding areas.

Minutes to the kotel, close to parking at zion gate, delicious breakfast, great AC, 24 hour front desk + security guard, ancient yet fresh facilities, comfortable bed. Pleasantly surprised.

Amazing location in the old city ”
We had a great stay at this hotel, location wise it cant get any better if you want to spend time in the old city, everything is walking distance. Breakfast was very good, there was a large selection of cheeses bred and local breakfast dishes like borekas salads and so on. Gret place for exploring the old city of Jerusalem

Excellent location”
Loved the location- room was fine, breakfast ok, staff lovely. The front desk attendant arranged a taxi for me for 250NIS which was way less than I was ripped off for at the border crossing. Grateful! And she gave me an converter plug! Really wonderful little place

Best kept secret in the Old City”
This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. It is in the heart of the Jewish quarter and a five minute walk to the Kotel. If it's important to you to be near these things, then you found the right place. The facility is attractive and the newer section is very pleasant. My only little complaint is that on Saturday morning the breakfast looked as though it was from Friday morning. Unappetizing and very little choices. The front desk staff member Adi was cheerful and helpful throughout! But it appeared that a little more training needs to go into the other staff who couldn't answer such simple questions as meal times. All in all we love our stay there and will definitely return

Fabulous location”
A beautiful, yet small hotel on the hill in the Jewish part of town. The hotel is clean and has all basic amenities, but the best thing about it is the location. Only disappointment was that wifi seemed to be very poor throughout the hotel. Apart from that, a lovely stay.

Excellent hotel”
It is a new hotel with new decoration and facilities. The location is inside Jewish quarter of old city, which is very close to Zion gate and Western wall. The staff are very helpful which gives many valuable opinions and suggestion for local tours.

Completely disappointed and didn't stay”
All of the reviews were misleading. The room I was given was still under construction and smelled of cement and other building materials. There was a broken hand mirror in the bathroom and a space for a proper mirror but just an open space. There was exposed piping in the room and breaks in the wall. The view out the window was another dirty window. The smell from the construction was overwhelming and made me nauseous. When I raised my concerns and disappointment with the front desk staff, they told me they were fully booked. When I decided that I was not going to stay, I was told that there was a nicer room available but the room was off at corridor that was closed off by a plastic tarplin. I cannot understand how a "hotel" can charge for rooms that are under construction. Call it a youth hostel and charge reasonable rates and call a spade a spade. My credit card company will handle the refund.

GORGEOUS GEM OF A HOTEL IN THE MIDDLE OF OLD CITY ”
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! OK SAFF were wonderful too ! A REAL GEM !
I had an amazing stay in this lovely hotel. I was so lucky to find this gem of a hotel in the middle of THE OLD CITY where I wanted to stay. I found the hotel online and booked a standard room, but once I got there , I was offered an upgrade to a deluxe room for $50/night more I was upgraded to a LOVELY room with an amazing VIEW of THE OLD CITY ! This used to be an old Yeshiva school, which has just been remodeled to high standards. The shower was beautiful and powerful which is a great test of good any remodeling !The staff are all wonderful, dedicated and very accommodating. This is a real hidden gem and many Israelis and even Jerusalem residents have not heard of yet, but I am sure wont be the same for too long ! The one and only BIG problem is it is quite HARD to find even with GPS, and there is NO PARKING INSIDE THE OLD CITY, so if you have car , you have to park outside the walls in one of the two parking lots which are hard to find parking and walk a few minutes on the old cobbled street, kind of hard if you have luggage and heels !

Great Old City Location”
The design of the updated part of the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was quite good and consistent. And staff were very helpful.
Our stay in the old city was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The food was great. The design of the newer updated section is very appealing. And the location to the Old City sites can not be beat. Better not to have a car rental as you can't park it near the hotel. We parked about 1.5 km away.

Suspenso”
