Cute SoHo hotel
Location, Comfortable beds, great and friendly staff
Booked this last minute on a recent trip to NYC. The hotel staff was very very nice and helpful and accommodating to my requests of leaving my bags before check-in so I could tour the city. Very nice neighborhood (SoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown) and literally 5 mins from subway trains. The beds were really comfortable and bathrooms clean; room was a bit smaller than I imagined but hey its NYC. Wish there was complimentary breakfast but overall had a good experience!

Not worth it- lumpy beds, poor staff, no TV, noisy
Location, somewhat clean, ok staff
Unhappy stay. Noisy. Didn't get a queen as expected. Lumpy lopsided beds, very uncomfortable, no TV remote, gone missing, staff did not improve situation, dirty sink, shower had water in tub while showering. Overall not good value for the money.

Comfortible, easy access location.
Good beds, free internet, location
It was an overall good stay, although I did struggle to get extra coffee. Only one person had the coffee. Each time I asked for more than the 2 daily packs it was an act of congress.

best bang for your buck
clean, central, friendly staff
The hotel was clean, rooms were small but I got a room with a view so made up for it. The restaurant next door also has great food and very friendly waitstaff.
