A good comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. Tv has limited channels. Breakfast had a huge variety. Certain things on the menu were not available. A car or transport is needed, Gateway mall is a 3 min drive away.

One of the female security gaurds by the parking lot was rude. ”
I was booked in at room 29 and parking bay 29 was also allocated to me. I kept on going in and out of the hotel and she was familier with my face. When i came back on Saturday evening, there was a car parked in my space. I then asked why did she allow someone else to park in my allocated space, she said next time she'll have my name written on the parking space like i am a manager or special guest since i think i own the parking space.

I booked via Agoda and when i got to the hotel i was told that they didn't have any rooms available and Agoda should have blocked it out on their system and as a result we had to book ourselves in another hotel and paid extra cash. the lady that was in reception was so busy and didn't have time to attend to me.

The room we stayed in. The ceiling out in the passage was barely there and certainly not a good site. Some of the wooden furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced. We saw one or two cockroaches in our room so probably some areas need to be fumigated

We didn't have hot water to bath since check on, we went to the pool and upon coming back still had cold water. We did check with staff who didn't know what the problem was. They advised will try and get us another room but they said they were fully booked.

From the dark entrance (it's in a barely populated "shopping centre"), to the bland welcome, to the awful sewage smell in the lift and the bathroom, to the tiny room, to the cheap coffee sachets - what a let down. don't bother. Oh and my booking through Agoda excluded breakfast, which was only highlighted AFTER I completed my booking. And we all know what a rip-off hotel breakfasts are. One positive - the bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. I just had to keep the bathroom door closed so the sewage smell didn't knock me out.

Surely this hotel needs a revamp by now. Stained bath, cracked mirrors, smallest tv and not even a bottle of water to drink in the room? Wow, so much for 4 stars.
