Best hotel in town”
good service, even got butler will assist you after check in. the butler will explain every function in the room. get coffee/tea as a complimentary after check in. super clean room, very nice and helpful staff and breakfast was awesome. due to covid, no breakfast buffet but you can order anything from the menu and they will served to you. definitely will come again.

Classy hotel”
We stayed for 2 nights and it was a staycation. The location is superb. 10 minutes walk to the Sentral station and you have everything there i.e train & LRT station, shopping mall, convenience store, offices, etc. The service is excellent. From the doorman to the housekeeper, everyone was helpful and polite. However, we were disappointed to discover the coffee machine the room provided was K-Fee and not Nespresso as we hope for because we brought tons of our own coffee pods. Nonetheless, the room provides butler service and 4 complimentary tea or coffee beverage sent to your room. So it was a nice fallback. But something happened which shouldn't have happened. The next day after housekeeping, we decided to brew K-fee coffee only to realise there were no coffee pods. So I asked the housekeeper and she regrets to inform me that they have run out of coffee pods. What a shame. The trunk which was customised with compartments, to fit the minibar/fridge, coffee & tea amenities, and K-fee machine looked a bit sad with only 3 types of snacks arranged sparsely from each other. There was a price list on the trunk counter. The beverages and snacks are not complimentary. I think they should provide it as complimentary for the price they charge guests per night. It is not cheap. And for them to charge guests for the drinks, it looks cheap. Sorry for saying that but it does, Either give complimentary or take it all away. Leave a note and say ring for service. I stayed in The Ruma and E&O, the minibar is complimentary. No fancy wine and champagne but it look presentable. Checking in and out was fast. We love the bathroom and I wish to have a big bathtub like that too. Our room was an immaculate room facing the park. The spa was closed for upgrading so didn't get to try. The swimming pool is quaint with a big-screen television facing us. We didn't check the gym. Breakfast is scrumptious. The variety provided is sufficient. Don't forget to try the signature Bloody Mary serve

The best hotel i had in Malaysia. You can feel the quality, class and standard from the first step you step on hotel lobby. Check in personnel, tip-top, professional and even wipe the credit card before handling back to you. Can't really remember the name of the staff, was a lady staff. Parking area, the cleanliness of parking area and lights from parking to hotel lift, marvelous and safe. Room environment, fuyoh, class, trendy, modern and simply the best. When you check in to Marriott group hotel, this is the standard that you will be expecting. Facilities and the IA control around the room will definitely surprise you. Breakfast, varieties and service of personal butler to chefs, helpful and mobilities. Class of the foods, yummy. By the way, not to miss their chocolate dips, the best i had around the world. Well done for them on it, according to the manager, they have some special ingredient. I would have spend money to buy it if they did sell the chocolate dips. Best..

Im very satisfied with the st regis KL. My short stay here give me & family a great experience. The customer services are very excellent! From the front desk, check in process, bell service , room service etc are very good. All the staffs are very polite & helpful. This hotel is the best I have ever experienced. All the staff here have a good attitude and service (except the waiter for afternoon tea). The room is very spacious. Every day there is a service where the waiter can send coffee and tea to the room, and even the service of free laundry, Free chocolate in the afternoon. But if you order room service, you have to wait more than 30 minutes. The food delivered is not so hot.

Best Staycation!”
St Regis KL gets allll the gold stars from me! What a wonderful, pleasant experience. This was definitely a place and service on a higher standard than any other hotel I’ve been to. Anas was super friendly and efficient during check in making it a smooth process. All the bellboys and even technicians were great! The room was more spacious than I thought and when we entered, they played super cool jazz which made it seem very grand. The bathtub was a big highlight, but the heated toilet seat steaks the show for me! Loved the hot water and pressure from the shower too! Be warned coming here too, it can get INSANELY cold even above 26 degrees. But the bathrobes that were provided helped a lot. Breakfast was great, wide spread from local to intercontinental, though not everything had the best texture or taste. Eggs and hash brown were my fav! Overall, I can’t wait to come back again!!

Staff is very attentive and always ready to help. Room is spacious, comfortable and luxurious. We felt pampered as we were just a call away from a fresh pot of tea or coffee. There’s a shuttle to KL Sentral at half-hour intervals which was quite convenient. Beautiful hotel. One can easily notice that much attention is given to every detail within the hotel.

Some hiccup but overall is excellent”
The experience of staying at St Regis was enjoyable and awesome. The room is spacious. The front office staff made us feel warm and welcome, take the time to explaine the hotel facilities, services and dining options available. We had encountered some miscommunication between Agoda and hotel on the payment. But I’m glad that phone call at midnight to Agoda customer service able to resolve this issue. Some hiccup but overall is an excellent experience.
