i stayed in st regis bali also singapore previously .. and i think i should try this also in kuala lumpur , i just realized there are new st regis open so last day i stay here before going back to jakarta . service are top notch as st regis standard concierge , bellboy, the reception also the buttler also at the pool bar preperties are new and very clean nely open few months before they gave us free shuttle to KL sentral station, also service pickup if we need. i have no time to try spa services due to limited time but i tought it was excellent great service also for staff at the pool bar restaurant i bet st regis will be next destinantion when people know it and become famous one, i suggest they give also shuttle services for other area, such as gardens mall maybe

I have stayed in many 5 & 6 Stars hotels around the world, and St. Regis in KL is one of the best hotel I have stayed. The cleanliness and attention to detail for the room's daily cleaning and turn down service is far beyond expectations. Well done housekeeping department! Butler's personal handwritten note everyday and evening adds that special touch to the guest's stay. Astor Bar is nicely decorated in a very New York style and serves amazing Martinis🍸🍸 I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kuala Lumpur, as I would most definitely come back to stay in the near future visit to KL.

From the front desk, check in process, bell service , room service etc are very good. All the staffs are very polite & helpful. Wow where do I start!?! Our experience of the st regis whilst on our anniversary was fantastic. The room had been decorated with balloons and rose petals. Check in was easy and the staff at the desk were always very helpful though out our stay. Our room was perfect for what we needed. The room was very spacious and the bed had to be the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel and would return myself and we had a wonderful and very comfortable time!

The experience of staying at St Regis was enjoyable and awesome. The room is spacious. The front office staff made us feel warm and welcome, take the time to explaine the hotel facilities, services and dining options available. We had encountered some miscommunication between Agoda and hotel on the payment. But I’m glad that phone call at midnight to Agoda customer service able to resolve this issue. Some hiccup but overall is an excellent experience.

This hotel is admittedly pricey, but the luxury, comfort and quality of service received makes it well worth the price. From the courteous butler who attended to our every need to the tastefully and luxuriously appointed room with a tremendous view of the city - our experience at the St Regis was nothing short of excellent.
nice new hotel but questionable service ”
My wife didnt had a pleasant experience. here's her review. Reasons why St Regis KL did NOT live up to its 6 star "acclaimed" status. I have been here thrice, once during its first week of opening in May, 2nd time in September for an event and the 3rd time was yesterday. Let me list down what went wrong during each visit:- 1. First Visit - I had dinner at The Brasserie with my husband and infant. Mid-dinner, my infant needed a diaper change and was fussing to breastfeed, I asked the restaurant manager for a nursing room but they did not have one and proceeded to show me the washroom and asked me to breastfeed my baby sitting on the can. You dont eat in the toilet, why should my baby?? Other hotels would have (and had in the past) offered me a private room or even office space to breastfeed. Mind you these hotels were graded less than 6 stars and they could provided such service and care towards their patrons, where does St Regis stand then? If you got your books right, I might not be an in-house guest but I am sure still a paying guest at your hotel. - The Brasserie had alot of mosquitoes under the table, I guess I fed the mossies well that night. I asked the waiter whether they had a remedy to this, they just shook their head and gave me the excuse that they was a construction going on next door that caused this. - Next day I returned for high tea at their tea lounge, during the whole time i was there, i was more busy shooing flies away from my food than enjoying my tea. Again, i asked the waitresses for a remedy and all I got was the same excuse of the construction next door. 2. Second visit - I was rushing to attend an event and wanted to valet my car. Guess what? No valet available. Amazing how this hotel is rated 6 stars??? 3. Third visit yesterday - I checked in on Friday afternoon (mind you it is RM1000+ a night and you expect top notch service) and as the room had 24 hours butler service with free drinks, I called for butler service
I travelled to KL often and St Regis is one of the best 5-stars hotels around! Room is clean and well maintained! Free shuttle service. Friendly and helpful stuff. Would recommend!!

ST. Regis has the best hotel AND sushi in Kuala Lumpur. Period.
Staff is very attentive and always ready to help. Room is spacious, comfortable and luxurious. We felt pampered as we were just a call away from a fresh pot of tea or coffee. There’s a shuttle to KL Sentral at half-hour intervals which was quite convenient. Beautiful hotel. One can easily notice that much attention is given to every detail within the hotel.

We arrived late in the hotel than the normal check-in times. But when we arrived, the speed of check in is very quick! We got upgraded from a Deluxe to Grand Deluxe room. Room is very spacious, clean and its design is very modern, with home-feeling and comfy color tone. The only thing that is not working fully is the loosen shower controls. Personal Butler service is impressive. He/she basically covers all your questions and needs during your stay. We were all (including my visiting family) greeted and served with complimentary coffees, teas and cookies in our room. The personal butler has also brought us 10 extra bottles of mineral water for my visiting family. We didn't use much of the facility in the hotel as most of the times we're out. But one thing we've checked out is the pool. The hotel doesn't have a separate kids pool. It's one big pool with one of the side being shallower that probably suit older kids only. We at the end let our younger kids 'swim' in the hotel bathtub.

The best hotel i had in Malaysia. You can feel the quality, class and standard from the first step you step on hotel lobby. Check in personnel, tip-top, professional and even wipe the credit card before handling back to you. Can't really remember the name of the staff, was a lady staff. Parking area, the cleanliness of parking area and lights from parking to hotel lift, marvelous and safe. Room environment, fuyoh, class, trendy, modern and simply the best. When you check in to Marriott group hotel, this is the standard that you will be expecting. Facilities and the IA control around the room will definitely surprise you. Breakfast, varieties and service of personal butler to chefs, helpful and mobilities. Class of the foods, yummy. By the way, not to miss their chocolate dips, the best i had around the world. Well done for them on it, according to the manager, they have some special ingredient. I would have spend money to buy it if they did sell the chocolate dips. Best..
