Regular guest. The spacious off-street parking is a bonus. Rooms always clean but the air conditioning must be commercial type as it's hard to get a balanced room temperature in the big suites.

Been there a couple of times spending some nights there. Good hotel quiet street not noisy, breakfast good, rooftop swimming-pool. kind and service minded personell. Always a pleasure to come back there.

Excellent value for money”
This is my second stay here. The first time was in peak season and even then it was great value for money. The standard balcony rooms are great. Very modern and with a nice balcony offering interesting view of the goings on in Soi 10 and you can even see the ocean from the balcony. Soi 10 is a great location for Pattaya as it is very central (short walk to beach, Central Festival and Mike Dept store, and easy transport to anywhere else. In addition, the street itself is quiet as the only bars are at the Second Road end and I found the noise did not make it into my room. Facilities are good, with decent gym and a nice rooftop pool and sitting area (with great views). Breakfast was also excellent. Only minor issue was wi-fi at times could get a little congested. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location ”
New hotel in the middle of soi 10 between the beach road and 2nd road, about 5 minuets walk either sides. Central Festival shopping mall is about 10 minuets walk. Specious and clean rooms. Food was good. Wifi was weak and slow.

Nice Hotel - Great Area”
This is a lovely hotel we stayed in only one evening. It’s within 100 m from the beach and close to all the facilities. Well worth staying there if you have the desire to go to this part of Thailand. Unfortunately I cannot so much about the food, because we actually didn’t eat there.

Well located with friendly staff”
Great location in middle of soi 10.
Staff were always pleasant without being instrusive. Now they have made the prices more reasonable it is a very good choice in central Pattaya.
The Aircon was not always as cold as I would have liked and I think could have done with a service.
After a three week stay, I was disappointed that when I wanted to check out just 2 hours late , I had to be charged for a half day stay. The hotel was only half full so I feel they could have used some descretion and waived the charge.

Have stayed here a few times for location. Rooms always have mouldy smell and can be unpleasant and bad for health if someone is sensitive to fungus.
Breakfast is very poor with minimal western options. Bacon is all fat and eggs (pre cooked) sit on bench and cold.
But the location is good for me
Staff are all good, cheerful and helpful.

Good hotel with roomy room with balcony & large bathroom
The room/bed is quite comfortable altough the look of the furniture, the fake leather sofa, starts to age.
God breakfast, good gym & pool area.
The area is quiet as is Middle from beach rd & second road..

Very Nice Hotel”
I love this hotel for location, quiet, friendly staff and good parking and breakfast.
All the guys on the concierge desk are very funny and helpful.with everything.and love to chat.
Location is quiet and central to everything and balconies are big.
If I have any complaints, I think this hotel is a little expensive per night, considering it is only 3.5 Star, compared to 4 star hotels in the area.

Spacious room on a quite Soi”
The room is larger than the average hotel rooms in Pattaya. The Soi is quiet as there are not loud bars on the Soi. The location is perfect and about a 150 meters up from beach road. Staff is helpful and the breakfast is more than suitable to get your day started.

The suites are large and bright with plenty room to stretch out and relax. Great location with easy covered parking on the ground floor rather than the cramped basement parking some other hotels offer.

Great value for the money”
Stayed at this hotel a few times now. between beach road and second road so baht bus only a few steps away.
The cafe breakfast is good. Open till about 10pm for ala carte menu and its a good option before going out for the evening.
Staff is very helpful so if you need something just ask.
Internet connectivity its a bit too slow for video streaming but fine for your email.

Clean, modern, great rooftop pool”
I booked this hotel for it's central location close to the sea, and its rooftop pool. I love rooftop pools with great views, and The Stay didn't disappoint. Spent the entire afternoon up there just chilling. The rooms are large, modern, and well designed. Comfortable beds, spacious showers, good sized balcony, and generally well appointed. Considering the location, the rooms were quiet too. would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean rooms”
I was only at the Stay Hotel for one night, but the hotel was clean and the room was nicely appointed. The check-in was quick and the lobby of the hotel is nice. It’s slightly back away from beach road, but that would stop me from staying here again. The location is good and you can walk to most places around the hotel. If it is a bit farther you can always find a motorbike taxi. The room was typical for a hotel, but you can tell it is new and the rooms are very clean. I did think it was strange you can walk through the closet to enter the bathroom. To me it doesn’t seem like that should be the case. Overall this is a good hotel, with very clean, well maintained rooms.
