The staff are so honest and helpfull”
Last year, I stay in here during songkran, and left my watch because in a hurry to the airport. Then this year I stay again and while check in they give me the watch I left last year. The staff are so kind and honest, they want to keep my watch for a year. Really appreciate it, and also the room is very cheap because its so spacious and near BTS.

Convenient Location ”
If you would like a no frills hotel, this is the perfect spot. Everything is there at a good price for your stay to be comfortable. It’s right down by the BTS station too. There’s also a few convenience stores around, and a restaurant nearby for supper. All in all, a good stay. Staff were really friendly too

The building and room is a bit dated,but clean and nice bathroom and shower. the train station is literally 100 ft away. You can walk to most food and drink.Not the 4 seasons,but definatly not red roof inn.

Cheap place to lay your head ”
Hotel was much older and “used” then the photos lead on to be, other than that the room was clean and the AC was cold. Unfortunately, we were on a floor with a bunch of loud people who were taking in the hallway and using the blow dryer till 2-3am even after asking them to keep it down. Thankfully they left around 4am and all was peaceful again. If you are looking for a cheap and clean place, this will do. Bring your ear plugs though as the hallways are very noisy.

The room was dirty & old. Bathroom was clogged. The air con roared like thunder the whole time. ”
What stood out was how the management knew the extent of problems with the room & yet continued to sell without any regards to paying customers. That is fraud. Agoda should put a stop to this as it was based on the agoda rating that customers relied on to confirm booking.

The Step Sathon, centrally locate, very near to the BTS station SURASA, from there you can travel anywhere in Bangkok trans. system. The hotel staff, specially the Manager, Mrs. Bee, would do and explain ways to explore this immense city. The rooms are super clean,large rooms, secure neighborhood. Very excited hotel”
That is my first experience in Bangkok, i brought my wife and my parents, i stayed about 4 nights with 2 bedrooms over there. I asked them 1 by 1 about the hotel, and they said it was so comfort to stay over the hotel, let's check it out.. 1. Value for money, the hotel offers the good price. At first, i think i will get the small room without sufficient ventilation, but actualy i got a Big size room, a balcon, and a bathroom which completed with bathtub, feel so comfort with the convenience. 2. Location, the location is not at the mainroad, just about 15-20metre from the mainroad very near to Surasak BTS Station, so if You like to travel with sky train, i really recomend about this hotel, just need to walk to go to the station. In the morning, there are many food seller arround the hotel, but in the night You will not to find any food seller at this area except there is some food seller that i hygienically unsure. Ok, You can find 7eleven over there. 3. Cleanliness, i look at the whole side of roof, floor and the wall and no need to complain about that. 4. Staff, i asked the staff to clean my room at the first day, and they cleaned the room everyday, when You feel tired of full day tour, when You go back to the room and see that it was already cleaned and neat. Respect about that. show willing to help. No need to ask them everyday. Oh, they also greet You every single time You come to the lobby. 😊 5. Facility, As i said, a big room, a big TV, a refrigerator, a big bathroom with bathtub and separated shower room with hot and cold water, neat and clean area. But I didn't see that they have a restaurant. I reserved the room without breakfast, so i don't really mind about the existance of restaurant. Over all, we feel so delighted to stay here, i wish that if i were go back to Bangkok sometimes, i'll return to the hotel. The Step Sathon is a good value for money. It offers clean and simple rooms at a good price. Convenient location very close to Surasak station (1min walk) and 10min away from Siam square by BTS. The hotel is what you need if you're looking for a hotel at a cheap price with a good to location to visit and shop in BKK. Would definitely recommend it!

Well-priced hotel, just a few steps from BTS station, away from touristics steer so it's calm and quite. The room was really big even tho "kitchen" part is kind of useless, noone need that much cupboards in the hotel room. Toilet was not comfortable, have no idea who has invented glass-walls bathroom, but that's really stupid. Would stay here another time and would recommend this place to my friends.

Great location and decent prices”
My family had a stopover at Bangkok on our way to Vietnam for a couple of days. We chose to stay at this hotel, and were quite happy with our stay. We got a free upgrade. Hotel may not be central Bangkok, but is a 5 minute walk to the SkyTrain, and 5/6 stops from the NBK shopping centre. Breakfast was included, but we didn't take that up, as there is amazing street food around the corner as you walk to the train station. Staff spoke very good english., And were very helpful arranging transport so we wouldn't get ripped off by the shameless Tuk Tuk and Taxi drivers who charge foreigners more than double the locals...

Great value for money yet pleasant ”
Me and my Girlfriend spent 4 nights here and I have to say with the price that we were paying this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Bangkok. We opt for the deluxe room, it was so spacious, a living area, balcony and bathtub as well. I would recommend this to anyone heading to bkk. Oh and did I mention a literal 2min walk to the BTS station? :)

Convenient location”
With few steps from BTS, it was very convenient to go anywhere in the city. Also there were lots of food variety to choose, from street food stalls, food court in nearby office building up to hotel restaurants, including food delivery service! Just to complain about lack of standard amenities like no shampoo and only one chair in the studio suite. The hotel seemed a bit too strict on check-in time. Although it might be general practice for 14.00 hrs. check-in, it was only the 3rd hotel from over 10 by past experience to wait 2 full hours for the room, which will certainly be put in consideration for next booking!

This hotel excelled because of it's extremely conveniently location next to the Surasak Skytrain stop. Being so close to public transit is an immeasurable help to avoid the crippling traffic situation. It was clean, comfortable, and had a great staff. If you're visiting Bangkok on a budget, and aren't into hostels, then this is a property worth checking out.

Room Service and Bathroom”
Everything was great. The location was just a minute away from BTS. The staff is very accommodating and very eager to help. House keeping ensures that the place is clean everytime. The only drawbacks were 1. No Room Service and 2. You can hear the pipes when some fush the toilet. I'm a huge fan of room service as I have a tendency to get hungry at the middle of the night. Sadly they dont have a room service option nor a restaurant/cafe/bar within the hotel. The nearest place open is Family Mart. The pipes from the room above and adjacent can be heared when some flushes it. It would be better to have a sound proof room. Overall the stay and experienced was aboved average and the only setbacks were the 2 things I mentioned.
