I've booked a room with Studo 18 numerous times already and service has always been excellent. Staff are kind and very accommodating and the location is very very convenient and accessible to my office, estancia, megamall and shangrila. Rooms contain basic amenities and are clean with heated showers. highly recommended

Stayed in Premier Room. Neat, complete, and spacious. Big ref, hot shower, bidet, big windows with view of the street. Fast elevator. Helpful and accommodating staff and guards. Nearby carinderia, water refilling station, malls, convenience stores. Gated village, entrance along Shaw. Super convenient and comfortable stay.

I've stayed at Studio 18 numerous times. Location is near my office and major malls like Megamall, shang and Estancia. Beddings are clean and staff are always accomodating. Noei and Diane are always helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Always love stayng here for our once a month office duty - great staff (hi Noei), clean and sanitized rooms, working appliances, quiet and safe neighborhood, walking distance to malls - its a good place to stay! wish they would have mini refs where we can store our food though, but all in all, love it!

The experience booking and staying is great. It is quite challenging to go to the hotel's location though. It is in the middle of a private compound. It helps to navigate via Google Maps or Waze.

Worth staying, but needs some improvements”
Price & location-wise: worth it. 15-min walk to Ortigas CBD. Quiet location. Near Shaw Blvd.., convenience stores. Courteous staff. Things to improve on: - Cleanliness. We always put the "make up room" sign. Thus, beds were re-made (since we made those up), bottles of drinking water & coffee sachets were replenished, towels were replaced (though not necessary). However, the room floor was not swept, as we saw the same dust bunnies near the sockets where we charge our phones from the day of check in to our last day there. Not cleaned: both sinks in the room & the bathroom which had grime (even upon check in), plus the shower area floor, as evidenced by the hair left after shower in the morning still being there upon return to the room come nighttime - Facilities. Bathroom sink faucet needs fixing. Shower water temp inconsistent--goes hot/cold all throughout shower time. Toilet (partial) & shower (direct) areas are in view of window of room above; please put tint on the bathroom window.
