We loved our stay here as the property is beautiful with lots to do. We hiked, went to the private beach, swam in the pool, and relaxed in the hammocks. Overall a great stay!

Dear sir/madame, Thank you indeed for staying at the Suites Hotel Jeju and even for your valuable comments. Regarding the a/c, we are afraid to say that the hotel's a/c system is a central control system like many other mid- and large-scale hotels which means it cannot run in both ways hot and cool at the same time. Because it is still cold at night and even dawn, now we run only heating. We hope you kindly understand it. And, we are sorry again for the outdoor pool. We all wish the outdoor pool would be open for all seasons, but it's not cause' there is no water heating system at the pool. However, it will be open for May 13~Sep. 30, we hope you to come again and enjoy beautiful sunshine and nature of Jeju island at our outdoor pool. We hope to see you soon in coming summer. Thank you.
Romantic and scenic break”
It is a must to stay in the Jungmun Resort area at least once during your stay in Jeju island. It feels like you are entering another world. The various hotels (with a huge price range) are able to provide you sufficient comfort to really enjoy it. The Suit Hotel is an excellent blend of affordability and comfort. The facilities are great and everything within Jungmun resort was very accessible. It will be great if they provide shuttle buses though.

A feels-like-home Hotel”
as soon as i opened the door and step into the room all i can say is "i love this!". the suite hotel jeju offers very fine furniture and comfortable room. moreover, the view from the window is beautiful. during my stay, it was snowing in the morning and the view was even greater. in terms of location, since the suite hotel jeju located in jungmun resort you can easily find many tourism places near the hotel. just walk! you don't need to ride a car. my favorites are teddy bear museum and yeomiji botanical garden. all in all, it's worth every penny

5 Star Quality without the 5 Star price”
As with previous reviews with this hotel, my sister and my vacation started the moment we entered the front doors. The hotel is modern classic, the rooms are comfortable with a variety of English TV channels available. They have an outdoor pool, but is only available in the summer months. What they lack in amenities is reflected in the room price compared to the other 5 star hotels in the area such as the Hyatt, Shilla, and the Lotte Hotel. We had a wonderful time and would definitely frequent this hotel when we come back to this hotel! The airport limo bus (Samyeong Transportation Bus 600) from the Jeju Island Airport takes you right to the door steps of the hotel. The local bus to the city of Seogwipo is just outside the hotel as well. Enjoy your stay there.

Great location and value”
I was happy overall with my stay in The Suites Hotel in Jeju. I initially was looking into staying at Shilla hotel that was right next to the Suites but I went ahead and booked for the Suites because of its much cheaper price. The room was a bit small but it was very clean. The hotel is located in Jungmun village that is close to a lot of tourist attractions in Jeju. Staff were friendly and nice. There is also a small convenience store at the hotel that I found useful.

the location is very convenient - airport shuttle taking you right from the jeju airport to the hotel doorstep at around s$4 or so. takes close to an hour. its a 5-min walk to various museums like teddy bear museum, chocolate island, ripley's believe it or not. there are food options on the way to these places (dunkin donuts, a korean restaurant, lotteria fastfood in teddy bear museum, kraze burger at ripleys) & if you walk further, there is a stretch of authentic korean bbq restaurants. reception - we asked quite a fair bit of questions but the receptionists (kim & yang) were very helpful (& i must say, very well versed in english) & answered all our queries with a smile. awesome service!! room - quiet, well kept, cosy with sufficient space to move about & feel very comfortable. safe. toilet is very clean & well maintained. bed is comfortable. large lcd tv with many channels on offer. nothing more i can ask for. the hotel to stay in if you are thinking of visiting jeju. double thumbs up!!

Excellent four star but not a five star”
this was a well above average stay at a wonderful four star hotel near jungmung resort on the south coast of jeju island, south korea. smaller than it's two massive casino hotel neighbours but nevertheless well appointed and excellently located near all the attractions, my wife and i were well pleased with our stay. however, they advertise themselves as 5 star and in typical korean fashion, they create their own scoring system rather following the internationally recognised hotel star system. for example, a 5 star hotel must have 24 hour room service and this hotel did not. there were tea making facilities but only korean green tea. no coffee or the usual lipton/twinings black tea you would find in an international 5 star. also there was no visible porter service and no one to greet us/open the door as we entered. these are all trappings of a real 5 star hotel. one final gripe is that the hotel lobby bar/restaurant was extremely expensive with a burger and a local beer going for over 20 dollars. my wife and i noticed that with the exception of the buffet breakfast, the bar/restaurant seemed totally abandoned by the hotel guest. they need to have realistic prices out of season. otherwise a really nice hotel at a reasonable price: recommended!

Nice hotel with a good location”
While not as fancy as its neighbours, the Suites provides a comfortable, good stay at reasonable rates. Location wise, it is part of the beautiful jungmun resort complex which is a large attraction in itself with various museums, jungmun beach etc. It's also close to other attractions like the jusangjeolli cliffs and is only about a 20 min bus ride away from the Seogwipo city area. There is also a convenient direct bus from the airport in jeju city to the resort complex (roughly 1.5 hrs) which literally delivers you to the doorstep. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, able to give advice and help arrange things like tour taxis.

i love during my stay at this hotel! the receptionist help us a lot and give opinion to the attractive location and must visit place at jeju. besides this hotel provide laptop rental so we can go online in our room. besides there's a free wifi inside our rooms. the location is quite near/walking distance to teddy bear, ripleys, and chocolate factory. even the hotel is surrounded by 5stars hotel. and this is the best hotel i ever stay during my trip to korea! (i stayed in 4 different hotels during my korea trip) and do not forget our driver. who get us to the nice place around jeju. (he will pick up you on time and he is friendly too! so far i love my stayat this hotel.

Reasonable Price and Quite Room”
We stayed for two days in the Suite Hotel JEJU. you can have Reasonable price stayign this hotel. The hotle is loacted of center of Joongmun tour region. However, hotel facility is not many such like indoor swimming pool, garden or etc. If you want to go out for attaracions in Jeju. the Suite hotel is best choice you can.

Great getaway”
Our stay at the Suite Hotel was just right. We expected a place to relax, reasonably priced and somewhere we could see the local sights, we got that. After reading previous reviews, I knew we could catch a limousine to the hotel, so we looked for the 600 bus and it only costs 3900 won one way, cheap and it took us right to the front of the hotel. We arrived later in the afternoon and the hotel gave us an upgrade to a pool view which was great. I don't speak korean but my wife does so we received a service with a smile. The staff offered very little communication in english but I did make attempts in speaking korean to converse. The pool is great to relax by, unfortunately it doesn't offer alot of sun chairs. 10 I counted plus 4 around the kid's pool. If you wanted to see the sight of the island, a hire car would be a great idea. Apparently cheap if you book online. Otherwise, we picked up a brochure from the information desk and booked a tour. The tour bus picks you up from the hotel and drops you off in Jeju downtown and offer a limousine ticket on the 600 bus back to the hotel. You Catch the limousine bus in front of "The Hotel" bus stop. Look for a big sign Vegas Casino and the stop is in front of it. Fortunately my wife is korean. (The tour guide can point you in the right direction) The hotel is also in the area as Shilla Hotel, Lotte Hotel and Hyatt Hotel, nice to be able to wonder through each of the. The best thing is that there is a mini mart right outside the hotel. It is close by to the Teddy Bear Museum, Ripley's Believe it Or Not and Chocolate Land. We didn't go to the museum but Ripley's is great fun. It has english translations. Unfortunately Chocolate Land is deceiving, it does not have any english translations but offer chocolate making classes. The Suite Hotel is also a 15 min walk from the beach. Just head towards the Hyatt Hotel and you can see it. You can hire surf boards or just swim. Overall a great location and plenty to do an see.

Comfortable, Clean, Affordable Hotel”
Our stay at the Suite Hotel in Seogwipo was wonderful. The location of the hotel is superb and the staff were efficient and friendly. We checked in around 10pm on our first night and they were quick and offered us great service. We stayed for two nights and we could easily get around the island, however we did rent a car. Renting a car is the best way to see Jeju in my opinion. All together the hotel was great! The superior double room is more than enough for a couple and it is a very reasonable price.

Good option for those who want to stay in Jungmun ”
Hotel was great value for the money. I stayed at the Hyatt for two nights previous and although the service was much better I don't think it was worth the large price difference compared to The Suites. THat being said, I decry the lack of an affordable breakfast options, since I don't think I should be paying won for breakfast everyday. I'm convinced that the lack of affordable western breakfast is endemic to all Korean hotels, which is odd considering bacon and eggs are not that expensive to purchase in a supermarket. The room itself was quite good: big TV, decent bed, not overpowering air con, no mini-bar to crowd the in-room refrigerator. I would definately stay there again considering the location in Jungmun.

Comfortable & Clean Hotel”
The hotel is just located next to Shilla Hotel & Lotte Hotel. The area is famous resort area in Jeju, quite relaxing, completely different from Jeju city. Room is clean & super comfortable, standard 5 stars hotel room. Tourist map is available in reception, we used the map for our entire journey, very useful. There is a small convenience store in parking area, can buy tooth brush & toothpaste there.

Great location, cozy and value for money”
It is a best choice to stay in Jungmun Complex if hotel facilities were not a concern. We spent most our time on the road and at the attractions so it was a perfect choice for us. It was very comfortable and my best stay during my trip in Jeju. However, for honeymooners or romances, Shilla would be a better choice, especially with their heated pools. Walking distance to Shilla so we could still access the beach from there. Did not go for the restaurants as we drove and could just drive to the restaurants within Jungmun complex. We love the dunkin donuts for breakfast. Their rice cake donuts and sweet potato tea is a must try. More choice of local food, right outside the Jungmun complex. The hairtail fish stew, grilled fish (okdum gui), and bbq pork (black pig) - another must try.

Classy hotel ”
Had an overnight stay at suite hotel since we wanted to tour seogwipo area. Had a good rest in the hotel. It's nearby (walking distance) to tourist attractions (teddy br museum, chocolate land, ripleys, jungmun beach, cheonjiyon falls). It was a value for money considering that neighbor hotels are high end (hyatt, shilla, lotte). Arrived at the hotel 1 hr earlier to check in time and the receptionist isnt considerate enough to let us check in earlier. They arent very friendly and Helpful, when I asked her which places are nearby which we can visit she cant answer/recommend. Everthings perfect except for the hotel staff who cant help me with my itinerary. Btw, theres a restaurant named Korean Restaurant go try it. Food is nice. Ambiance is nice too. It's walking distance from the hotel.

Lovely hotel ”
The Suite Hotel is a lovely hotel to stay in.The rooms are spacious,clean and comfortable and we really look forward to going back to our room after a long day of sight-seeing.There's a 7-11 within walking distance,making it convenient to buy some snacks and drinks.Also,there's a really beautiful cliff overlooking the sea near the hotel(behind The Shilla) to watch the sunrise and sunset while enjoying the seaview.The only problem is that it is pretty far away from the airport.However,we book a cab to bring us around for the week we were in Jeju so the travelling wasn't a big problem at all.
