The Suites, as always for many years now, is a good choice to stay for emergency situations. Stayed there for 2 nights at the height of Typhoon Odette because I need to work and they have reliable backup power generator and fast internet connection. Best place to stay for Work From Home and Remote Workers as it is reasonably priced. Slept soundly even at the height of the storm. Only to realize trees have been toppled near the hotel blocking the road. Staff are always accommodating and courteous, complimentary breakfast was simple but good, room is spotless and clean with fridge,microwave, water heater and hair dryer all working well. Its very ideal for remote work during brownouts as room had extension cord with usb ports for charging gadgets and work equipment. It has a cute but nice restaurant at the lobby for food orders or you can opt for Grab or Foodpand. Plus it is walking distance to SM, Puregold, Central Market and Bacolod Cathedral. My room also also had Android TV for Youtube and Netflix.

Always Good Value for Money, Comfy Stay and Attentive Staff”
Whenever we are in Bacolod, The Suites at Calle Nueva is our go-to accommodations. You truly get your money's worth with their comfortable and clean beds, spacious rooms, complementary toiletries, ample supply of towels and the sufficient breakfast buffet spread. Sad that they no longer have unlimited bacon as part of the morning meal but not a dealbreaker. Would definitely still stay here in the future. :)

Oerfect for those solo travellers. The room is nice, clean, pleasant and smells good! The staff are accommodating, prompt and friendly and the facilities are nice as well. Its location is near all of the landmarks and tourist destinations in bacolod and what I want about this place is that it is quiet and serene. Will definitely go back to check in again next time I visit Bacolod.

We stayed at room 203. They allowed us to have an early check-in. We had a great time in this hotel and i will definitely recommend this to my friends and relatives that will visit Bacolod. It has a strategic location. Just a few minutes of walk going to the Plaza, Bong Bong's, San Sebastian Cathedral, Manokan Country and SM City Bacolod. We went to SM every night just to stroll. We enjoyed going out to the places nearby. The maintenance staff clean our room and give us new towels everyday. My husband and I loved the Breakfast buffet ❤️. We thought it was just a simple breakfast with one viand. The breakfast has many choices of viands such as Soup, cereal, my favorite hashbrown, tocino, longganisa, scrambled eggs, ham, pancit, fried rice and plain rice. They also serve toast, coffee, and mango juice. My husband loved the mango juice. The staff are nice, friendly, approachable and very accomodating. We will stay again here at the suites at calle nueva next vacation. Thank you xoxoxo

Stayed here instead of 11th street as rates were cheaper. Definitely a good choice! Rooms were clean and spacious enough for my sister and I. Had cute welcome packets with masks and alcohol. Breakfast was packed but more than enough serving which will fill you till lunch. Will definitely recommend this place.

I booked the room for my teenage nephew and his mother. They said the room is slightly small but very clean. Lots of restaurants around the area. Staff was nice and assisted them in booking a taxi. My nephew loved their breakfast buffet as food was delicious. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at The Suites. The staffs are nice and very accommodating. The location is very accessible (you can walk from the hotel to SM Bacolod, Manokan, park and San Sebastian Cathedral). We like the buffet breakfast and the cleanliness of the room and cr. Strong wifi connection is also a plus.

The room is super fresh smelling and clean. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Would even call for daily housekeeping of you want your room to be cleaned. The location is near to all of the tourist destinations and easy to find. And the most important is the neighborhood is quiet, you can really rest soundly.

Bang for your buck. Service was awesome! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nice. There’s a heater for the shower. It exceeded my expectations. The price is cheap but the service and comfort I got was 5x the price.
