Location is very good and convenient to travel around. If you are looking for an affordable venue to stay, this will be a great choice. Staff is warm and friendly. I was also requested for late check out and they allowed me to stay until 2pm without any additional charge. The only disadvantage is the tv screen light is very dark, i guess this is just a small issue as we are not staying in the room at most times.

A heritage Hotel close to Sultan Mosque”
I admire this heritage hotel, simple but classic, the room i booked for 3 nights was spacious and have a big window. The room is clean (the staff cleaned everyday), also provide coffee maker, mobile wifi. We can hear adzan every shalat time, very suitable for moslem traveller, just walking distance to The Sultan Mosque. The hotel provide moslem friendly breakfast. But you have many option for halal food sorrounding this area, by walking distances such as: Ramen Stall (halal), Minang Resto, Indonesian Resto, Zam Zam Resto (martabak n nasi briyani is the best in town !), etc..

Great location hotel”
Very near food district which opens til late, and everything is off walking distance. Kampong glam with very unique shop houses and food choices. Walk further up, and you’ll get Bugis Junction/+/street. Which is a factor I took into consideration when booking, and Sultan Hotel checked all my factors. Will definitely come back here & recommend family & friends.

Nice hotel, nice architecture. Great staff. Good breakfast. Nice amenities. The standard double rooms are a bit small though but nicely done. Beds comfy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The most outstanding service I’ve received staying at a local hotel. Special mention to Arfa who processed my checkout smoothly and was nice about extending the time, and staff who checked me in on 28 Sep at around 2pm. Room was fantastic. Clean and well designed. Mine faced Aliwal St which had roosters crowing in the morning. Many great cafes and restaurants to suit varied budgets within the area. Will recommend for your staycation.

Great location with excellent service”
Location is good if you are looking at exploring Arab Street, Gardens By the Bay, the city, etc. Room is a little small. There is also no view as it is a boutique hotel. Tried breakfast, it was awesome. There is no halal cert but you can ask the staff what can be eaten. Else, there are manu eateries around. Friendly staff there. Overall it was a good experience.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Helpful staff clean room comfortable bed good location and the use of a mobile phone. However we did feel that the towels and sheets had had their time and could of been replaced with new ones.

cosy and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great. We get to walk around Arab street, Haji Lane . Good food near the hotel. The loft is super spacious and it is a great staycation with family. Thank you.

I am someone who loves to go for staycation alone. When I arrive at the hotel, the staff is very warm and welcoming. Always with a smile. They explain to me what is needed to be done. I enjoyed my stay there as it is very tranquil even though it is by the road side. A lot of halal food eateries nearby. Cleanliness was excellent.

Except can hear the noises from outside, everything about the hotel is good. Our room got water leaked problem on the 2nd night, the staff immediately offer move us to another room. Complimentary minibar for the 1st use. We are very happy with our stay, will come back again next time.

Staycation over the long weekend”
The location of this hotel is perfect for travelers abroad or locals looking for a staycation. It is near to one of the more popular sites in Singapore - Malay Heritage Center, The Sultan Mosque, Arab Street. There are so many food locations nearby as well and most of them are open till late, for hungry groups who would love to go for a munch in the wee hours. Staff are super friendly and the hotel interior is very cosy. I especially love the garden lounge area where it is very picturesque and allows you to look over the back alleyway of Aliwal St. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay!

The most "Customer Care" hotel in Singapore.”
Our booked 'Standard Double' had just a bit problem on Air Conditioner, a bit noisy, but not much bothering. The management change our room to 'Signature Loft' without any additional charge.
