Watch Out!
We booked through Agoda to spend New Year’s Eve 2017 in Boracay. We were a large group, 11 adults (including 2 seniors and 1 PWD), 1 child, and 1 infant. For our entire group, we booked 3 rooms, the Standard B (1 queen, 1 single bed), Quad (2 queen beds), and Family (2 queen, 1 sofa bed). With flights delayed, rainy weather, and traffic jam in the island's side skirts, we arrived at the hotel around 8PM and proceeded to check-in. To our dismay, we were told that we went over the allocated occupancy, was refused accommodation for the "excess", and would need to pay extra for the rest to check-in. We had to argue and demand for another solution (which they can't provide) for more than an hour, but since it was already late, we haven't eaten dinner, and with a sick child and infant, we had no other option but to pay the excess which was for 5 adults. Imagine paying for a room with a max capacity of 5, then being told that the allowed occupancy is only for 2, and charging extra afterwards

Very close to the beach
The place looks and smells clean. We were so blessed to have a room that is very close to the beach. The only thing that we didnt like is that we could hear the noises outside our room. But overall, it was a great stay.

Next to the beach but that’s about it
My tricycle dropped me at the wrong sun villas but the manager kindly arranged to transfer me down to the beachfront. That was pretty much the highlight for customer service. The location next to the beach is very good and the room was comfortable. The downside was the room was very dark and there was nowhere to chill out.

Cheap and beachfront
Great location in station 2 beachfront, just Few steps from starbucks and d’mall. Cheap and cozy but with a little renovation and cleaning then it would have been amazing. Staff are friendly but reception closes around 11

Affordable beachfront STATION 1 accommodation!
Best value for money! Hotel is located in STATION 1, beachfront, rates are very reasonable!! Rooms are comfortable, clean, breakfast is good. Who needs a pool when you're in Boracay! Will definitely stay here everytime I'm in Boracay.

Beach front
Located in station 1 and is very accessible to the beach. Near all the things you may need like 7/11, small groceries, and restaurants. Free breakfast is good if you're not picky - just order early as you'll wait for around 15 to 30 mins for your plain breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay since it is really accessible wherever we go. Their beds are comfy, too.

Perfect place to stay in Boracay
Location is near to everything like d’mall or the willy’s rock. Breakfast is good. It’s just beside Starbucks. Rooms are clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again next time I come back to Boracay.
