Kind and very accommodating staff, clean rooms, accessibility and silence
Had a great stay at this place. Our flight is a bit early, we arrived there at 9am, The staff is so nice that she didn't charge an additional fee for an early check in, hence gave me welcome drinks and allowed us to leave our things there while I stroll around the vicinity. the room is clean.. the bath room is okay. I am just really happy that upon checking out for an early flight at 6am, she already prepared a packed breakfast. I forgot the name, but the front desk lady is very accommodating and easy to deal with. as well as the waiter who served breakfast during the first day of my stay. the place is very quite, good for relaxing and away from the noise of the beach parties. an accessible road going to the talipapa is also right in front.

Disappointing despite the good reviews.
I am very disappointed with the hotel Sun Villa Resort and Spa Hill Top in Boracay on MAY 9 to MAY 12, 2016. I had entrusted the employees to decorate my room (because i was going to propose to my girlfriend that night) only to find out that once we left the hotel a 50$ U.S was missing from my wallet and a 10 EURO which was IN MY LUGGAGE BENEATH MY PILES OF CLOTHING!!! (yes i know i should have NOT left ANY money but who would have thought they would look into my CLOSED LUGGAGE AND UNDER MY PILES OF CLOTHINGS?) Please inform your staff. They were lucky that i had already left and was in Antique already by the time i found out other wise i would have gladly confronted each of them. Be assure I will NOT return to this hotel. This is the first time I had traveled to Boracay and chose that hotel because of the good reviews it had. Unfortunately I was wrong. I am very disappointed.

Awesome Stay out of the beach
A hotel that not at beach side. Room is big and comfort. Environment is quite and comfort. Nice breakfast , nice staff. If you wish to stay away from the beach side for 1-2 days along your trip. This is the best choice! Satisfied!

Good deal for a family
Its one of our unforgettable vacation!!...We checked in early and the management together with their staff were really accommodating...We were welcomed with refreshments and all our queries were answered by the resort manager well...We stayed more in the hotel as the place was well taken cared of...My kids loved the pool so much and we spent more hours enjoying the resort rather than walking on the beach under the scourging sun!..The resort is just 3-6 mins away from the beach ..away from all the buzz of Boracay....Their rooms are well maintained though the other A/C did not really make my mom's room cold enough...Its understandable for the season...We loved their breakfast and as to how the chef and crew presented everything...A few suggestions though, to have a round-the-clock shuttle to cater the guests' request to go in or outside of the resort..Maybe because of the distance and as to how the resort is positioned, sometimes one can really get tired...But to top it all, this resort is worth your money...if you are really looking for a quite and relaxing place to stay..We hope when we come back the place and its uniqueness will remain the same or even better!! Thank you!
