Most comforting accommodation during my trip!”
It wasn't home but they made it feel like home. It's a house with the private family room on the 2nd floor and 2 standard rooms on the 1st floor. It's located beside Villa Tea Fields - a similar accommodation that belongs under the same management. They have hammocks upfront and a public balcony that you can relax in at Villa Tea Fields – you can do that while reading a book from their bookshelf. You're greeted with complimentary tea, biscuits and cake upon arrival in the common living area. They provide a free tea plantation tour at 5pm everyday – there's a vast tea plantation right behind The Tea Garden. They'll help you make any tour arrangements you like and they provide free bicycle rentals if you'd like to explore. I love, love, love the service they had here and you shouldn't miss out on this either! Just take note that they have yet to put up a sign for the property. So look out for Villa Tea Fields and when you head down the slope, it'll be the first house you see. Enjoy!

Wonderful stay”
It wss a wonderful stay at the Tea Garden with my wife. Room was big and comfort with England style, staffs were friendly and very helpful. It was my wife birthday, they prepared some little kindy balloons with a sweet cake for her, as long as a Birthday song. They were sweet and warm. Its worth for this price and wont regrets. If i need to rank it, it must be a A++ . Dont missed the chance to stay here. Moreover, the take-away indian food ordered by the staffs for us as dinner were yummy. Onemore + here.

Beautiful as a postcard! ”
Beautiful and intimate property set in the middle of tea farms. The house stay is quaint and quiet . Sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun on the hammocks. The eating places which deliver are limited so choose your options in the city accordingly. We had dinner in themparadu which was great! The place serves nice breakfast spread, and they even gifted us some Ceylon tea. Nice and courteous staff. Good place to stay.

The room condition may not be the best in all hotels we stayed in SriLanka, but the staffs there are definitely the nicest! Warm smile and great service! ♥️ Unlike some other hotels providing tourism packages to earn money, the staffs here simply help you like friends with useful information and guidance. And the garden is so great, beautiful view and nice place to take a nap^_^ Highly recommended!

We had very good experience here. The staffs were really nice and helpful, also very responsive to our requests. The garden is totally lovely that we enjoyed a lot. The only down side is the bathroom facility (the shower didn't drain well). Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again.

A peaceful spot”
Away from the centre of town and yet easily accessible, this was a great place to stay. The room was huge and had a lovely terrace verlooking the tea fields. As the town is a bit smoggy it was definitely cleaner and healthier air!

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room has no TV / Exhaust in the bathroom. There is pin-drop silence in the room. Most may not like this level of silence. Even whispering can be heard beyond the walls. Great value for money. They offered umbrellas, room heaters and cycle to tour around, all free of cost.

Horrible time spent .”
Security was very poor no safe for valuables and if you are in a downstairs room thieves can break in as they did with me while asleep and stole cash. Police are next to useless tried to get me on the incident form to say I lost the cash. I suppose it may be better for there crime stats. Even though the hotel had the break in recorded on CCTV.

Dear Mr. Wolf, We are very sorry for this incident. You stayed with us on 14th April which is a New Year Holiday in Sri Lanka and its called the Nuwara Eliya Season. During this time Nuwara Eliya will be flooded with people. As per your incident, this is the very first time something happened to us and generally Nuwara Eliya is very safe. Police investigations suggested that you slept in the room, windows open and the lights kept on. So anyone walking on the road can clearly see that you are in the room and all the possession of your room. According to police this was an "Asking for trouble" case. Anyway what happened has happened and this is not what we want our guests to go through. On the very day you left, we fixed iron grills on all downstairs windows. So in the future even if a guest sleep with windows open and the lights on, no one can enter the room. And we also fixed additional 5 CCTV cameras so this sort of thing will never ever happen. We look forward to welcome you again.

The Place was DISAPPOINTING for such a value of money”
I and my Husband was disappointed with the guest house. The Bathroom was SMELLY and theres moles , and also the bathroom walls was extremely badly maintain , for example the wall paints was coming off and the shower has FOUL smell. The bathroom rack has alot of DUST as if the staff of the guest house did not even enter to clean the bathroom. The Outdoor bed in garden , I have notice a HUGE Stain like URINE STAIN .I also notice the bathroom have old finger prints. At the same time I do not feel safe in the room as the windows was too low if the windows was open which anyone could enter in and steal our things while we are sleeping. Due to our unsatisfactory of the guest house , the staff have located us to a new place which is a new guest house with the same company which is a new place . So i wouldn't recommend to stay here if you want to stay where is surround with tea plantation.

Dear Joanne, Thank you for your stay and we are very sorry you felt this way. We know that on arrival you clearly “felt” that the bathroom was unclean, WE DO NOT OFFER UNCLEAN bathrooms, they are fully cleaned daily. But if you feel that its unclean then we don’t argue, we always try to help you. Either to clean it or offer a different room. The outdoor sun lounge that’s kept in the garden get wet mostly, so understandably there will be water marks. Sadly by this point you started seeing everything negatively. Finally our Superior room is located downstairs just next to the Garden, this is one of our most popular rooms, there are iron frame so, NO ONE CAN ENTER THIS ROOM AND NO ONE CAN STEAL YOUR THINGS. Once again you are imagining things. Thanks to curtest of our staff, they changed your room, Any other guest would have been thankful to this gesture. We felt very let down by your feedback even after we listened to you and did everything we could to make your stay comfortable.
