If what you are looking for is a conveniently located property in Times Square, look no further than The Time New York. Quiet despite its central position, this renovated hotel is handy to the subway and is obviously in an excellent place for dining and entertainment. From here, guest can enjoy easy access to all that the lively city has to offer.
Modern and bright, this boutique-styled property will please travelers wanting a change from the standard neutral palette of most contemporary hotels. Rooms are compact and feature sharp lines and ultra-modern amenities like smart TVs, Italian Frette linens, bath amenities and robes, and a work desk with USB ports in all guestrooms. The Chic Inc Lounge, formerly Time Lounge, doubles as the property's lobby, where Broadway starlets and travelers listen to hip-hop and rock with a cocktail in hand. The Time New York has implemented a new development and now have a complimentary wine and cheese hour on every Mondays through Fridays.
Whatever your purpose of visit, The Time New York is an excellent choice for your stay in Times Square.

Definitely needing a face lift..”
Location is great. Close to everything. Actually quite peaceful given that it has a bar, restaurant on the same property. The thing that got me was the broken shower/ cracked shower floor/leaking shower and nasty carpet. Nothing a bit of elbow grease and a steam cleaner can't handle; so do it.
Bang amidst Times Square vibe makes this hotel have a great location
Great location, stylish”
This hotel was in a great location right next door to 'The Book of Mormon' everything about this hotel was great. We didn't ever eat there but the coffee was good. Doormen were lovely and helpful. Only thing to note is be careful on your departure as we nearly got charged $130 for 'facilities fee' which including breakfast and cheese and wine that we never had!!! - Luckily they let us off as they knew we didn't have any of this stuff. Also be careful of the minibar as it's sensored, but if you let reception know you want to use the fridge they're fine for you to take stuff out. We did pay over the odds for this hotel as we booked it last minute at Christmas time, but that was our own fault. Not sure if i went back I would stay in Times Square again as it's a bit too busy (like staying in Leicester square in London) but hotel was good nonetheless!
Stylish hotel, friendly staff, brilliant location!”
Pros: -Great location -Stylish design -Friendly and helpful staff -Free coffee vouchers for the coffee shop downstairs everyday -Inbetween two well linked metro stations Cons: -Rooms were stylish but quite small
The room was always cleaned to perfection. Staff could not be any more friendly and helpful . Fantastic hotel all round, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anybody travelling to New York. It’s a must! Thank you for the best stay.
Girls on the Go”
The location of this hotel was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was crisp, white and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was satisfactory and adequate and additional options were available at an additional cost. All in all I would book this hotel again and would recommend it.
Amazing boutique in the heart of Times Square”
When we arrived, we were greeted by a chirpy doorman who explained where to check in. The man on the desk at check in was helpful and incredibly friendly. Although our room wasn't quite ready (we were early for check in), our bags were taken by the bellboy and we were told to return. The atmosphere and feel of the lobby area was superb and we were very excited to see our room. After exploring, we headed back and were able to check in. The room itself was a little smaller than we had expected, but it's quirky, fun, innovative design was incredibly pleasing. Clean, with everything you need (hairdryer, toiletries, plush towels, a charger and of course mini bar), The Time hotel totally delivered. Cleaned daily, with beds made and fresh towels every day, we were super pleased with our room. Check out was easy, with our bags once again being stored and the offer of a cab being called. Highly recommend The Time Hotel.
Great Location to Times Square”
Great Location easy walking to Times Square-Subways to move around NYC and the Theatre District. Initial checked in unhappy with room moved the following day easy no fuss. Feel the front desk staff could be more attentive and listen when you talk to them.
Professional, pleasant, helpfull staff. Wonderful location. One con is the room for a family of four is very small due to two double beds.
It’s not as it seems”
It seems a design hotel in the heart of the city but is just a second rate place which has recently been renovated. Tiny room, dirty and so dark that I couldn't see anything even with all the lights on. There are only two elevators for 16 floors and it always took us from 5 to 10 minutes to get on. Positive things: position, good concierge service and the breakfast included in the rate.
Nice Hotel in busy Times Square with Terrific Staff”
This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square. If that is where you want to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is exceedingly helpful, hotel has nice lounge and it is very clean. The rooms are a little small but well organized. Once you step into the hotel, it feels like you leave the hustle and bustle outside. We were there on a very hot day and the A/C in the lounge area was like an oasis. There was also a decent breakfast for 2 and free wifi for a reasonable facility fee ($20 a day).
Best place to stay in NYC!”
Location is walking distance to Times Square. Hotel is modern, clean & high tech. We definitely enjoyed staying here compare to the hotel we previously stayed. Will most definitely book here again!
Everything was great except we ordered room service pizza and it was 46 dollar , it was quite expensive in my opinion.
Perfect location/Great Staff”
The staff was extra nice and the staff in the bar area was extra nice too. Great environment to have a drink at too. It's a perfect location to everything.
There are two occasions that the room keeper open the door themselves even when we are in the room! One time that 'Do not interrupt' light is on! Too hot in the room, but when you open the window, you can smell the restaurant downstairs as the duct work is right outside your window!
I was extremely disappointed on the way I was treated by the staff at "The Time New York" hotel. As soon as I walked out of the elevator onto their second floor reception, I was instantly asked if " I was in the correct place?". I did not receive a warm welcoming as the other guests did as they arrived to check in. Perhaps it may have been because of my ripped jeans and unbutton Lacoste shirt. My check in was successful....of course and was given the keys to my room. Once again they did not ask if I would like a map to the city as other guest were asked. Very unprofessional and disappointing especially having been my first trip to New York City.
Nice location, very near times square and st malachy's church”
Elevator service needs to be improved
Good location, very noisy ”
Great location but very noisy. Noise from the street as well as noise in the room. Constant sound of humming from the bathroom extreactor fan. It was August and very hot but we had to sleep without air con as that too made a horrendous sound as well. The hotel has obviously been fairly recently refurbed and so looked nice. Staff were lovely. Room was quite funky with unusual furniture. . We were also told we had a tv that looked like a mirror and so it was 'hidden' but looked like a regular tv to us - so perhaps we got a room that was still being updated.
One of the days we were there, we got back to our room and someone had gone to pee in our bathroom and it was left dirty. It was strange and disgusting. The hotel management should look into it.
Location is fine which is close to Times Square and Opera theatres around. But this hotel is small and noisy. The whole night I was surrounded by siren of the ambulance or police cars.
