Quiet despite its central position, this renovated hotel is handy to the subway and is obviously in an excellent place for dining and entertainment. From here, guest can enjoy easy access to all that the lively city has to offer.

Good Times at the Time ”
Lovely little hotel, with lots of style. Wonderfully friendly staff, super comfortable bed with excellent linen. It's in one of the busiest areas of New York so noise can be an issue but if you chose to stay there you probably know that already. The only possible issue we had was over loud aircon in our room. but basically, we left extremely happy.
The room was always cleaned to perfection. Staff could not be any more friendly and helpful . Fantastic hotel all round, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anybody travelling to New York. It’s a must! Thank you for the best stay.
Very neat and tidy. Staff very friendly and always ready to help. Location is close to everything. We got upgraded at no extra cost. I would recommend this place and I will stay here again when I next visit New York
New York is expensive, but this hotel is worth every penny! Location is also very good as you are in the center of everything. Definitely staying here again.
Nice Hotel in busy Times Square with Terrific Staff”
This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square. If that is where you want to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is exceedingly helpful, hotel has nice lounge and it is very clean. The rooms are a little small but well organized. Once you step into the hotel, it feels like you leave the hustle and bustle outside. We were there on a very hot day and the A/C in the lounge area was like an oasis. There was also a decent breakfast for 2 and free wifi for a reasonable facility fee ($20 a day).
Amazing boutique in the heart of Times Square”
When we arrived, we were greeted by a chirpy doorman who explained where to check in. The man on the desk at check in was helpful and incredibly friendly. Although our room wasn't quite ready (we were early for check in), our bags were taken by the bellboy and we were told to return. The atmosphere and feel of the lobby area was superb and we were very excited to see our room. After exploring, we headed back and were able to check in. The room itself was a little smaller than we had expected, but it's quirky, fun, innovative design was incredibly pleasing. Clean, with everything you need (hairdryer, toiletries, plush towels, a charger and of course mini bar), The Time hotel totally delivered. Cleaned daily, with beds made and fresh towels every day, we were super pleased with our room. Check out was easy, with our bags once again being stored and the offer of a cab being called. Highly recommend The Time Hotel.
great location, rooms brilliantly soundproofed for total rest, all staff were chatty, friendly . a stylish New York gem
An elegant boutique hotel”
Stayed only for a night and our only regret is to have stayed few more nights. The counter staff are very accommodating and remember us by name (which is very impressive). We arrived early and are allowed to leave our luggage until the check-in time. The upgraded room (a superior suite) is very roomy, modern, a sleek design and plenty power points. The location is super close to Times Square and Broadway. The bed is very comfortable. The shower, however, does not have hang towel bar. Overall, we had enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
Great location, stylish”
This hotel was in a great location right next door to 'The Book of Mormon' everything about this hotel was great. We didn't ever eat there but the coffee was good. Doormen were lovely and helpful. Only thing to note is be careful on your departure as we nearly got charged $130 for 'facilities fee' which including breakfast and cheese and wine that we never had!!! - Luckily they let us off as they knew we didn't have any of this stuff. Also be careful of the minibar as it's sensored, but if you let reception know you want to use the fridge they're fine for you to take stuff out. We did pay over the odds for this hotel as we booked it last minute at Christmas time, but that was our own fault. Not sure if i went back I would stay in Times Square again as it's a bit too busy (like staying in Leicester square in London) but hotel was good nonetheless!
Best place to stay in NYC!”
Location is walking distance to Times Square. Hotel is modern, clean & high tech. We definitely enjoyed staying here compare to the hotel we previously stayed. Will most definitely book here again!
Really clean, contemporary and at the heart of Times Square 👌🏻 staff were all a bless as well! Just the breakfast was very minimal with no hot choices, boiled eggs pastries fruits and cereal ..
I was extremely disappointed on the way I was treated by the staff at "The Time New York" hotel. As soon as I walked out of the elevator onto their second floor reception, I was instantly asked if " I was in the correct place?". I did not receive a warm welcoming as the other guests did as they arrived to check in. Perhaps it may have been because of my ripped jeans and unbutton Lacoste shirt. My check in was successful....of course and was given the keys to my room. Once again they did not ask if I would like a map to the city as other guest were asked. Very unprofessional and disappointing especially having been my first trip to New York City.
Good location, very nice hotel and amenities. Would not hesitate to stay again at The Time NY
Great Location to Times Square”
Great Location easy walking to Times Square-Subways to move around NYC and the Theatre District. Initial checked in unhappy with room moved the following day easy no fuss. Feel the front desk staff could be more attentive and listen when you talk to them.
A good place in New York to return. Central location and easy access to many different things.
Bang amidst Times Square vibe makes this hotel have a great location
Girls on the Go”
The location of this hotel was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was crisp, white and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was satisfactory and adequate and additional options were available at an additional cost. All in all I would book this hotel again and would recommend it.
Good location, very noisy ”
Great location but very noisy. Noise from the street as well as noise in the room. Constant sound of humming from the bathroom extreactor fan. It was August and very hot but we had to sleep without air con as that too made a horrendous sound as well. The hotel has obviously been fairly recently refurbed and so looked nice. Staff were lovely. Room was quite funky with unusual furniture. . We were also told we had a tv that looked like a mirror and so it was 'hidden' but looked like a regular tv to us - so perhaps we got a room that was still being updated.
Nice design ”
May no longer be cutting edge but innovative for the time. Breakfast, wine and cheese ,daily coffee nice touches for busy people. Good midtown location.
Perfect for the theater district”
We came to see Wicked, and this hotel could not have been better for that. Room was clean, although extremely small. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was outrageous and poor.
