Super clean. Superb location in the middle of Khao Yai with most of the main attentions within 10mins Playground, bath tub and swimming pool for the kids. Sufficiently equipped kitchen and fridge for our simple cooking. 2 king beds (but rather hard mattress though this is our only complaint) and 2 foldable beds for 6 adults. 2 toilets. Netflix available. For those who need to buy groceries, just google for Tesco Lotus or Big C. Ard 30 mins drive away. For Muslim travellers, just use google maps and search for halal food/restaurant.

The condo was very clean, however, there is only 1 small restaurant run by The escape, which is located about 500m away. The check-in and check-out is only through the security guide, who totally do not speak or understand English. After our check-in, we realised the hot water in both the bathroom were out of order. The water is freezing (weather was very cold in December, during the stay). Try to call the guide house for help, but no one there know how to speak English. Finally got the response from the owner through email and she manage to arrange the so call technician (the security guide) to attend to us. Problem was not really solved; Owner promise to change the heater the next day. As we were out the next day, no one change the heater. Whenever we need to shower, we had to call the security guide to temporarily repair the heater for 1 room only. Throughout the stay, mostly trying to solve the issue of having hot water bath, and bearing the coolness of the water.

Stayed one night. Apartment is fairly new and comfortable but there is no hot water for shower (bad when weather is cold) and there is no in-room wifi unless you go to the common lobby. However, owner is very prompt in attending to my feedback, he requested the technician to come down to check the water heater system but it couldn't be fix during our stay. Too bad!

You are not welcome here”
This is a condo development, and services/facilities are only for owners. Placards and signs are posted throughout the complex stating that it is illegal to stay here for only a few days, subject to fine and arrest. The owner told us by telephone to “just ingnore this law”, but when there were problems with the apartment, such as no hot water, and now power for many hours, staff at the complex told us that owners only cold ask for help, not visitors, and that we are not allowed to rent the apartment for only a few days. Do not stay here. You may get arrested.

ห้องพักสวย เป็นห้องพักแบบเจ้าของห้องปล่อยห้องให้เช่า มาตรฐานและอุปกรณ์ ยังไม่ค่อยครบและพอกับจำนวนคนที่เข้าพัก สระว่ายน้ำสวย ที่พักอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากที่เที่ยวในเขาใหญ่ กลางคืนถนนมืดมาก แสงไฟตามทางน้อยมาก ค่อนข้างอันตราย ถ้าอยากทานอะไรต้องซื้อเตรียมเข้าไป
