Everything there is extraordinary, except a few things”
We were impressed by the service and by the size and cleanliness of the room. But we didn’t really likes a few things: We had to go through the casino so many times. It is the only way to get to the main lobby and only way to get to the restaurant for breakfast and so on. Each time we go through the casino we had our bags checked and passports checked. Apart from that, because you can’t go with the big baggage through casino, we lost more than 30 minutes to have our baggage picked up and delivered from room to reception. Also... it is so unexpected that this hotel doesn’t have any shuttle to old Macau. We felt like “cheating” by taking the shuttle from COD

Venice Italy is closer than you think!”
The luxurious Venetian hotel exceeds our expectations. The plush rooms have big screen TV's, comfortable bed's, a spacious living room area with a couch and a dinning table. The bathrooms are equally as spacious with a his and her sink setup that is a nice addition when you have your better half with you. This property has a mall ( yes mall ) which houses the Grand Canal and two other canals where you will find the gondola rides. The Venetian currently houses the largest casino in the world along with a Rolex store near the entrance. There are shuttle buses located at the rear (west lobby) where you can find a few food venders to get that famous Macau pork chop bun or Egg Tart!

Amazing 1 night stay in Macau”
Everything is perfect, we were offered free room upgrade. this hotel is very crowded because all tourist mostly directed to visit the Venetian. But despite long queue the staff is very helpful. I would suggest to do online check in before to avoid the long queue during check in. The room is big, clean and very comfortable. There is free shuttle bus for exploring hotels around cotai area. And venetian also provide handy phone with free internet and free local call including free international call with very limited coverage countries. I Love Macau except for the food. Its taste just so so but pricey.

Spacious and Comfortable Room”
The reception is so polite and can allow us to change with room have 2 beds as requested during booking, besides, they also allowed us to get the room at around 2pm which is surprised us as the official time should be 3pm. The staff is so nice, and the direction to the lift lobby is clear, otherwise people will easily get lost. The stuff inside room is fully equipped, the bathroom is large, and room is comfortable. It is highly recommended to others.

PERFECT HOTEL”
This hotel is perfectly beautiful, rooms are very awesome, spacious, comfortable bed and a clean toilet & bathroom. And it is easy to get lost inside of the hotel due to the huge space. Most of the staff are helpful and kind. Except for the staff at the restaurant in the morning. I understand that they can be exhausted from looking after a load of customer, BUT, "people will never forget how you made them feel".

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very attentive and polite. Don’t have a chance to try their breakfast out as we went for local foods outside, but next time maybe. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room with cotai view, that’s a bonus! Can find almost everything in the building like entertainment, pastries, shopping, great food etc...Will be back soon, definitely!

SPACIOUS ROOM! FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE”
Amazing Hotel! the room has lots of space of move around.It can comfortably fit a family with 3 small children. Having a sofa/living area is beneficial since the children can play in it. Also Loved the free shuttle bus! There is free shuttle bus from the airport to the Hotel. Saved us a great deal of money.

Booked 2 rooms for four people and I was shocked to know that the room is very, very big. There is two televisions which I know it doesn't need to be two in one room but I guess it's very nice when both of you want to watch different channels. The staff is very helpful and very kind, I never had such a hospitality. They brought us to our rooms and every other staff is very friendly. Special mention is that the hotel is connect to the shopping mall and the casino, and the design is spectacular! Definitely worth the price and will stay in this hotel again when we visit Macau next time.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with our kids and were most impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. Our hotel rooms were upgraded, our reserved rooms were all ready at 12.30pm. Our beds were filled with Rose Petals and a lovely cheesecake was delivered to our room. I must say the hotel was very thoughtful with these little gestures. Jonathan from the Reception was most courteous. Everything was just perfect and we had a lovely time staying at the Venetian and will visit again.

My husband and I celebrated our 150th month together and post wedding anniversary in Venetian. We were amazed on the special room set up that they arranged for us and even surprised us with a cake. And take note, we really loved the cake. Specially my husband. We just want to say thank you to all the staff of Venetian, they were so accommodating and nice. We will definitely come back and stay here on our next visits. Also, food was great! 😊

Nice hotel perfect hotel management ”
The hotel is perfect choice. I had a problem first that the hotel has renovation going near to my room but thanks to the wise management in particular Mr Sherin Pothen who made sure not to waste my vocation. I believe that Mr Pithen is in the right position and knows how to deal with customers. He offered a replacement room in another floor. The hotel is connected to a mall with a friendly staff.

Every thing in the place was incredible... from the ferry, shuttle bus, staff, our room, the shops, resto & casino but the only problem i have encountered was during the check in because of the long queue at north side... I may suggest the hotel should provide a self check-in machine like at First World Hotel in Genting, Malaysia.

I stayed at this hotel many years ago and my decision to try it again last month was indeed a great one! The hotel did not disappoint in terms of quality- from service to room interior to comfort.. I had a wonderful stay. Check-in process was admittedly longer (it took me an hour) but that was understandable considering it was a holiday season. The check-in staff ( I think his name was Fred) made every effort to accommodate my requests and was apologetic at the slightest inability to oblige though that was no fault of his. I loved this hotel very much and it will definitely be my hotel of choice in Macau.
