As i needed to stay nearest Don Muang International Airport, i was in need for logies accomodation.”
As traffic causes serious delays and obstructions around D.M. Airport in peak hours, i found and tried " The Vert " accommodation. New building, we stayed in a great clean room, completed - but separate -with kitchenette, clean bathroom, with windows which can be open and balcony + door and direct sight on green park Reception is most EU style, foreseen with 2 pantries, where you can relax and join your coffees-teas and so on All location WIFI no charge and completed with great parking. Direct neighborhood - on walk distance - a day market, with lots of food and fruit stalls. Also Lotus and 7-11 on walk distance, is making this " The Vert " location most comfortable place to stay. Friendly and most alert management - who speaks also English. Major Ram Intra shopping mall ++ not more then on 5 minutes distance.. We can recommend this location.............

Brand new place!”
As the cab driver was dropping us off here from the airport, I heard him oohing and ahhing as if he was very impressed with where we were staying. We arrived, checked in, and got settled in our room, and the room was nice and big, everything was brand new, there were tags still on the chair and the plastic still on some of the fixtures. This was our first time in Bangkok and we just stayed for one night before moving on to Chiang Mai. Our train didn't leave until night time, so they let us stay until 4pm for 200 baht extra. The lady at the front desk (I assume she and her husband ran the place. Her English was not so good, but her husband spoke English well.) was very nice and helped direct us and get cabs for us. Overall, good stay, very clean, new, and big rooms. They had a fridge in the room and soda, beer, and chips for reasonable extra charge.

I had a great stay at The Vert for 1 night to transit. It was great experience! The owner lady is so cute with her bike, trying to help me with everything! It is close to the local market where u could find some street food with cheap price, convinient store is next door as well. Will be back next time.

quiet neighbourhood and value for money”
the vert is located at a quiet neighbourhood with convenient store just located right at the corner. and not really assessable by public transport. but uber driver or taxi can follow gps to find the place. there is a big parking space if you have your own vehicle. the room is spacious and really clean. the only remark is the really hard bed.

We arrived late as we just needed a close stay near the airport as we had an early flight the next morning. We came from the city, which was not really a good idea to come from there as we had to pay the taxi (by meter) and tolls on the way. From the airport to city, it was roughly 250baht, but from the city to the Vert, prices were (280baht + 105baht (tolls) which was quite pricey since we had to pay for the toll ourselves. The vert is great is you are not planning to step into the city and just planning for a night in transit. Owners were friendly, we requested for a 5.30am taxi, and it was right on time, although the taxi driver did include a tip of 50 baht for his own. He did not return us the exact amount to us and just took 50 baht away by himself. The Vert is relatively new when we stayed. There was a fridge complete with silverware, although the air conditioner was a little cold as it was directly right in front of the bed. WiFi was available for free. TV had nothing to watch on it but the WiFi makes up for it. We would be planning another stay here again on our next transit!

This apartment is really cool. The Staffs are friendly, enthusiastic and kind. We have a great time in Bangkok. If we have a chance, we will comeback and stay here.

more like home stay instead of hotel ”
stay for one night as we are leaving to Udon Thani on the next morning. overall is quite ok. it's located in a dark alley, lil hard to find, but their owner is very friendly, he even tell us where is the nearest night market. room is quite ok, attached with a kitchen & balcony, but there's some ants in the room.

So New that Rooms are Unfinished”
relatively clean rooms lacking amenities such as hot water This apartment in an obscure location is so brand-new that it doesn't look finished. Despite having 6 floors, there's very little parking space so if you arrive late, it's unlikely you have to park literally on dirt. The rooms are large with a separate kitchen area but there's no curtain there so construction workers next door can see guests going in and out of the small bathroom, its shower doesn't yet have hot water. Positive aspects include functioning air-con and good security measures.

Filthy rooms, understaffed, poor location”
The only place I have ever decided to cancel my booking on and find another place... it was that bad... first I had to wait 30 mins in a hot lobby (no AC) before a neighbour saw us and got on the phone to someone... 10 mins later some one came and started processing our booking... when we finally came to the room, it was so dirty, the bed linen had seriously not been changed, so body hair and skin flakes from the previous guest was found under the pillow and sheets... when complaining we were offered a downgrade if we didn't want to stay in this room... fortunately I had a booking via Agoda, so I called them and arranged for a cancellation, it however didn't transpire without some time passing since even Agoda couldn't get a hold of the management... this place is NOT worth it, I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this even the price seems promising... even it's new its a mess already ! ....and with only one person on the entire staff (cleaning room, attending reception, etc... it's no surprise it runs is run like this and with these kind of results... Oh yeah, and the WIFI didn't work...
