The hero is the staff”

It was a rush for Christmas Eve stay for a family of 2 adults 2 kids. Although it can comfortably fit 3 person only, the front office is very kind to offer extra pillow for us. The staff is very kind & briefed us on the access and the area is a office area. It comes with free breakfast which is alright at Vanilla cafe.

Great service”

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I asked many questions and even encountered problem with the safe box, but the staff kindly answered and assists them all with a smile. Asked to leave luggages at lobby before checking in while going around and they allowed it.

Nice stay at this hotel. Room is clean, beautiful design. Good facilities, such as water dispenser just in front of the room, coffee machine can make coffee anytime. And although the room is cheap, still get free breakfast for 2 persons

Hotel tilam best Toilet biasa2 Tv lcd But staff best gila Breakfast provided at nearby cafe Water dispenser provided Ada safety box. Better bring ur own toileteries. This hotel not prefer if u have kids for holiday, for transit acceptable. Parking so easy Love it for transit !

Budget stay and simple”

The hotel looks trendy and the room is practical. (double decker bed room) but the toilet (glass partition) should be more privacy since that separate bed means more privacy. Unless one double bed u know its closer and not require privacy. The receptionist are friendly but the nasi lemak we had that morning is not cooked well especially the rice (is without the coconut milk in it). Thanks and keep it up improving.

Overall”

Overall the hotel staying are good. But, the water pressure not strong enough and also the TV channel picture not clear. The channel also not much. The good point is including the breakfast and also have free coffee vending machine to enjoy coffee or milo anytime.

Dear Tan, thank you for your kind rating and to take your precious time to give us your feedback. We had our Astro technician finetuning all channels in all rooms lately. As for the water pressure, we are not sure of the reason for your experience as our hotel water pressure is always strong as the pump is running 24/7. We shall inform our pump contractor who comes in to service the pump twice yearly. Take care and stay safe.

Convenient”

I had to book a place as there was ongoing flood near my place. Receptionist was very kind. Free flow of nestle drinks. Even got breakfast at Vanilla Cafe with such cheap price. The bunk bed was fun too.
