elegance but distance
opulent looking hotel decor
frnt desk staff hardlyspoke english, dont know bus routes and insist on guests taking cabs
If you are interested in staying far far away from the main points of interest in Macau, this is the best hotel. It is situated way out near the China border amid a lower middle class neighborhood. There is a MacDonald's around but very few eateries. A casino is downstairs for the bored.

Looking for food is very hard
clean room and very good staff
menu in the restaurant
definitely, Victoria hotel has a very clean room and comfortable to stay. they have a very good staff. they are accommodating. The location is easy to find. But my only problem is their restaurant. i had a hard time looking for food to eat. The menu doesn't have an English word. The term is all Chinese. That would be the problem of all foreigners just like me.

overnight stop
good value for money, rooms are large
staff doesnt speak much english
hotel is located a bit far from the airport, but Macau as a whole is not big so everywhere is easily reachable within 30 mins. The Red Market has great bargains and the famous casinos are closeby too. Hotel is good value for money, rooms are large and has all the conveniences. Food portion in the restaurant are big!

The rooms are extremely small and stinky with filthy furniture/drapes/carpets. Staff's attitude is much to be desired of and there are no facilities/restaurent at all. A depressing place, recommend against it.

A place value for your money
Affordable& competitive price comparing 3 stars hotel surroundings!
Guest Services Assistant is not cheerful & helpful...
Will come back in the future for the 2nd honeymoon. It's a best place to stay and it's really valued for your money, trust me & I didn't lied either. But the main problem is there's no exact shopping centre nearby as it's really inconvenient if you wanna purchase somethings simple things and the foods is sucks....The street is dirty comparing to Hong Kong. It take me MOP68 from airport to Victoria Hotel. And from hotel to Sands Casino MOP26! No free shuttle bus from the Hotel to the casino. Is that call convenience? Judge yourself?

Great location with lots of good food!
very comfy and clean beds, walking distance to the border gate hence very near to free shuttle bus station to many casionos including those in Taipa and Coloane (the bus stop is only 10 mins walk). easy to get bus and taxi too!
walls are a bit thin.
very clean and comfy rooms, comes with LCD. thumbs up to the bed!!! Famous "ah yat gor" porridge shop and supermart is just nearby. very accessible via buses, taxi and free shuttle bus. although it is a bit up north, location is never an issue in macau.
