Not as Good as Pics but Decent”
A bit dated and did not look as good as we expected from the pictures but we slept well and all worked so we left happy with our stay.

Good value for money”
The staff was quite helpful trying to inform you with useful information and facilities. The location is in a good place both to go to Angkor wat and go to town. The food price is a little expensive for the amount of food provided. Maybe they could improve it. To sum up, I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Siem Reap and spend a great time with your relatives, friends or to meet people.

Exceptional”
The concierge very kind and helpful. I was booked for 2 nights and experienced 2 kind of bedrooms, both of them are very large and clean. I'll give 5 stars for the facility if they provide jet washer toilet. Most all, The Villa Siem Reap feels like home and recommended for people who want to long stay in Siem Reap.

Great location for Siem Reap”
Great location especially for a family with young children. The staff were extremely friendly such that whilst having breakfast we always had a baby-sitter. The pool is well designed as it has a small pool suitable for kids. Breakfast was good & the price was extremely reasonable. We enjoyed our time so much we extended our stay. To explore the temples it's worth getting a 7 day pass, & even then you can visit some temples more than once as you see new things all the time. Our favourite was probably Bayon, although others were equally amazing. On the negative I'd suggest getting your own motorised Tuc-tuc (Moto-remorque) off the street, as the hotel (I expect this is probably the same for many hotels) take a cut & therefore push the prices up. After coming from Vietnam, transportation is expensive (possibly) because everything is in dollars, but it's worth driving the price down for tuc tucs outside of the hotel's control. Unfortunately the desk clerk/manager kept asking us where we had been or what we were doing, not out of friendly curiosity but so he could see how he could charge us more. Normally when we visit a hotel we ask the hotel staff for advice, but after a few days here we went out of our way to avoid booking anything through the hotel. All in all it's a great location as a family as it's quiet enough away from Pub street, but near enough to walk to the centre. Taphul street is also good for cheap eats of very good quality - if you're not sure about Khmer food it is not as spicy as Vietnamese, more fragrant such as Curry or Amok. Make sure you avoid anything with Ice - I was ill twice from street food drinks which a spicy (Spicy fried Basil) sorted out eventually!

Great value for money in a prime location”
Very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the staff were friendly and helpful and the night market and pub street are only a very short walk away. A great place to stay in Siem Reap!
