Key not working on next day”
My mom said, she go to reception and informed that their key not function then the receptionist help to activate it back. when my mom reach to the hotel, key still not functioning and need to go back to reception back & it take quite longer. from the room to reception is quite far. receptionist should ask someone to follow my mom to verify the key is function at first issue been reported instead just give the key like that. second time after reported key not function only got staff follow to verify it. the staff give complimentary and checkout late due to that mistakes.

Wonderful resort ”
Resort itself worth 5 star for everything, the mini pool in the villa is an exceptional point to stay in this resort. Value worth. The bed are comfy and the facilities in the resort are great. Only one letting down is the butler bring us to check-in the resort unable to communicate well. Check-in process longer that usual. Butler services not even up to standard.

Great staycation venue if you don't want to waste time in outstation traffic!”
Really great easy to access location for a short couple retreat. Mandara Spa at The Villa is also a highlight. Lots of places to eat at Sunway Pyramid next door. The Villas does look a little bit run down in some areas though. Needs a major refurbishment but is still a great venue. The rooms with its dip pool and large sunken bath is a highlight.

Great place but came home with around 40 mosquito bites! Be prepared! ”
The villa and Staff were great overall (apart from the huge number of mosquitos) However we were not told about the facilities available to us on site. We weren’t told how to get to the hotel and we had to prompt the staff at check in to tell us about the breakfast and evening cocktails.

Outstanding service but room quality lacking”
My fiance and I had a great time spending our vacation at The Villas @ Sunway Resort. Greeted by the friendliest staff, anytime, anywhere around the hotel areas. It was heart-warming to see the smile on their faces... reflects the passion they have for their respective role in the hotel industry. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet spread at the Sunway Lagoon Resort. It was truly impressive and food is of top quality! However, I was rather disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the room at The Villas for the price paid for it. The bed mattress was imbalanced, sinking to the middle. My fiance and I had some backache problems after sleeping on it for 2 nights. The bathrooms were no doubt impressive, however, we found some droppings near the soak tub. As for the clothes hangers in the closet, they were rather dusty. I didn't notice at first and after hanging some of my clothes on it and later wearing it, I noticed rashes on my shoulders as I am allergic to dust. Overall, it has been a nice stay... only perhaps the quality and cleanliness of the rooms can be worked on.

Typical site to spend your honeymoon”
We have stayed twice at Sunway and rented one of the Villas both times. We had no complaints and only great customer service. The spacious villas come with a private personal dipping pool that is cool and clean along with a private patio. Also the villa renters have an area called the Pavilion which serves a great breakfast buffet in the morning and wine and snacks in afternoon. It's only a short walk to the main pool area, the Spa, and the shopping mall. There is wifi in your large room. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Perfect place for honeymoon and privacy”
At first when we arrive, there is a confusion as to where to register and park our car. But then, after we ask at the Sunway Resort and Spa lobby, we were given a welcome drink and asked to wait for our ride. A sunway taxi came, pick up our luggage and brought us to the Villas lobby. There, we had been given another welcome drink and also a rose since it is our honeymoon and my husband's birthday. After the registration, we were then send by the taxi right in front of our room. The staff is very friendly and gave us a tour to the room with the facility usages. The scenery was nice and private with our own little pool but the water was dirty. This is probably because it is in the open space with trees above it. The room is spacious with a huge sunk in bathtub. Only disappointment for us was the bed. It was really uncomfortable and the bed since to be sinking in the middle. My husband could not sleep the whole night. There was a small cute delicious chocolate cake complimentary of the hotel for my husband's birthday, which we very much enjoyed. We ordered in, a lot of middle eastern food on the menu and not much of other choices. The food was okay, nothing great. Then, we went to mandara spa for our massage package. It was a relaxing 50 minutes Balinese massage which we enjoyed very much. In the morning, we are too lazy to walk to the breakfast buffet, so we called the lobby. We can choose our breakfast between western menu, local menu or middle eastern and they deliver to our room. Which is a great service for lazy people like us. Overall, the stay was really enjoyable, we did not feel like we are in KL but we feel like we have been travelling to another country. The service is good and the staff are very friendly. The only down part is the bed which really need to be changed to provide comfortable sleep at night.

Beautiful villa”
the location of the sunway villas is great, as it is only a short walk to the swimming pool, shopping centre, restaurants and sunway lagoon. the villa itself was amazing for what you pay, with your own private plunge pool and courtyard. the inside of the villa was spacious, clean and luxuriously decorated. would definitely love to come back here again.

i was pleasantly surprised with the excellent location, quality of room service & cleanliness of rooms. the villas are well designed, luxurious, with all necessary appliances. the private pool is a really nice touch with good depth. short walk to hotel lobby and nearby shopping mall as well as sunway lagoon recreation park. would definitely recommend

Stunning... Living the life of luxury!”
The Sunway villas are a gem of a retreat located in outer KL. For a romantic getaway, or just to splurge on something nice, these are a great choice. It feels like you are living in the jungle - but are just steps away from the excitement of the Sunway theme parks. This is not the place to come if you want the highlights of KL. however, it is definitely an option if you want a few quiet days with your loved one.

Can't believe it's in the middle of a city”
The place is very close to Kuala Lumpur and I can't believe a place like this in the middle of a city. It's like an escape to a sanctuary at your door step. The facility is well maintained and service has been very good. Some minor inconvenience only to the nearby construction but not actually affecting my stay since my room is a bit far from the construction area. Once the construction completed, it should be all good. The fact that it very near to a shopping mall and entertainment park, makes it very attractive to all sort people seeking different kind of purposes i.e relaxing, adventure, shopping etc.

It was simply great, Luxury awaits in each villa, furnished with an outdoor rainshower and deep sunken bathtub.An outdoor pool and fitness centre with cardio machines are provided at The Villas. Massages, facial and body treatments are available at Mandara Spa. Thank you the room was wonderful and delightful, the service was great and the food is really delicious.
