This hotel is a stylishly renovated warehouse, with comfortable beds, quiet, spotlessly clean with hot showers and the most helpful and attentive staff. I can thoroughly recommend!

An oasis in a bustling city. ”
If you want an excellent hotel, good pool and very helpful staff, in a quiet location but only a short walk away from the city centre, then the Warehouse hotel is the place to stay in Chang Mai. A brand new hotel, it scores very heavily in my book for the clean and fresh look of the rooms. Jackie, the manageress, and her staff will do anything to make your stay a very pleasant one. This is my 3rd time staying here, so that says it all.

Amazing stay!”
We booked The Warehouse for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Jackie the front office manager was so attentive and welcoming! Jackie also helped us book a bike for the day with no issues, she answered any and all of our questions without hesitation! The property is new so there wasn’t much about it online but we are so happy that we chose to stay there! The salt water pool was awesome and warm... the rooms were great and very clean... absolutely no complaints! They are also creating a hostel above the front office that looks like it will be a great choice for backpackers Jackie showed us around and it is super spacious!

We booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 4! Everything is just perfect made it hard to leave! The owner and all staffs are very sweet, friendly and welcoming. We came with a small dog and she is well accepted. The room is very spacious and got everything we need. The bed is super comfy. The salted swimming pool is where we spent hours everyday. In term of location, it is very centered and very easy to get around everywhere. Yet it is tucked away from the street. So you don’t hear traffic noise. Amazingly peaceful and convenient in everyway.

Brand new place, good amenities, AC is cold, water is hot. Friendly staff and spotless. It isn't right in the middle of the tourist area which can be good as well as bad. Good local restaurants in the vicinity. Recommended.
