      Shaquille and Lindiwe were the best”

      We had our wedding on the 23th September 2020, Shaquille and Lindiwe made it a point that everything was in order and perfect for the day. They went beyond their call of duty. Shaquille welcomed us weeks before the wedding and really made us to choose the venue when we had 3 hotels to choose from because of his friendliness. I will definitely go back there for my anniversary.

      The hotel cleanliness could be better,I mean the doors had stains and they are white. Sheets had stains on them. Glass mirror by the lifts was broken. Doors to the balcony was a mission to open. Lifts buttons were missing. Sink in our room had a crack.

      They didn't mention there was no kitchen as on the pics there's a restaurant and we were moved to 4 different rooms because the hot water wasn't working in the other room ended up going up the stairs when I had chosen a room downstairs.

      Was a good stay. Got a room that was leaking from the ceiling but staff was helpful and gave me another room immediately. The rooms were clean but not the cleanest ive seen. Room size was good and the view was not too shabby. Been there before and the food was beyond amazing but because of covid, the restaurant is closed. Stay was pretty fine!

      Constructive Critisim”

      I don't want to go into details but Customer service plays a vital role in any business especially Hospitality, Reception is the first encounter that one has and this needs to be memorable. This is a beautiful hotel we were impressed however since the rooms do not come with a bar fridge, please provide Ice atleast. The Lifts do not work and i have a knee injury luckly the room was on the 1st floor. The Channels were not working so we ended up watching cartoons can you imagine. Thank you Lihle

      Hello i am a bit disappointed with my stay reason being : i arrive at 2pm.......the systems were offline....okay i had to wait 10/15 minutes.... staff came to me and told me will do it manually and later will sort. once i filled the documents .....the staff then tells me the aircons are not working....(OMG).. being such a hot day ....thats the least you would expect.....i than asked for how long they not working, she tells me about 5 days ....so i asked if theres no fans available.....which she replies so sorry nothing is available....unfortunately i did online booking so i couldnt cancel....bit frustated ..i go to my room. i promise you not even 5 minutes as passed...i was already dripping........and to top it all the room was fully carpeted.....i said at night will be more hot....so i went out to get a fan......also ...the balcony vie is not private....quite surprised hotel doesnt have backup generator....
