The staff are great, courteous and very eager to serve Check In and Out very seamless and with minimal waiting time due to sufficient staff availability The close proximity to the clean beaches is a great plus! Breakfast spread is nice, sufficient tables, didn't need to wait too long during peak hours. Pastries spread is nice, but could do with a bit more 'meaty' dishes like crispy bacon. During peak hours, couldnt find any bowls and juice glasses, which was a bummer The only things that I would like to feedback on the negatives are: 1. Swimming Pool The pool is a little too small. Water is a little too murky for this class of hotel. There were quite a fair bit of plastic waste and lots of sediments in the waters that made swimming a little unenjoyable 2. Games Room - Pool The pool table only had 2 cues and 1 of them had a broken tip. No chalk was available and the velvet table was a little worn. Suggest to provide shorter cues to cater for children/shorter people, since the table size is already smaller than usual. - Carom Board is fine but the table it was laid on was unstable and wobbly, can do better 3. Security The lift access was a little too basic in that non-guest are able to access the room levels without the need of the access cards, which is pretty standard nowadays. Highly suggest to implement this 4. Bicycles Although looks new and clean, the internals are pretty worn. Brakes are extremely squeaky, the pedals are wobbly and the kick-stand are a little loose on 1 or 2 on the bikes. They could do with a bit of maintenance and repair to ensure full workability The above were what we've experienced but overall, the rooms are excellent, clean, great shower rooms, VERY HUGE bathtub. Wifi is excellent and seamless from lobby to rooms, to all areas Didn't try the spa, but the lobby area of the spa is fantastic and really felt at ease from the ambience and aroma, the moment we stepped in to take a look Overall a great experience. Although some small complains (as above) but these are small issues that did not diminish the overall experience of great service from the team, the room cleanliness and amenities, closeness to the beach and nice breakfast spread!
