actually I am very satisfied for WESTIN HOTEL PARIS compared with others,the only one point I am not satisfied is eating and drinking places near hotel.

We got a superior room, but was still granted a nice view of the Eiffel tower from our room. The room was beautiful and spacious. The location is fantastic! A few steps away from luxury brand shops and tourist sites. Would definitely stay again.

Well organized hotel with convenient location and helpful staffs. The hotel room is comparatively big to other Paris hotel. The in room amenity is not many and housekeeping is not well cleaned. However, the room size and bed is very comfortable.

Great location with cafes , restaurants and shopping . Westin is great to upgrade us to a junior suite with balcony which was fantastic !

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. The hotel is quite beautiful too and the amenities were great. We got great value on Agoda but things were generally quite expensive there

Westin Paris Vendome is overpriced ”

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. I would have expected a better quality room, breakfast should have been inclusive at this rate, The room was not cleaned, towels were not changed daily. In conclusion, I was disappointed with the hotel.

The staff is not even interested in you as a customer. Service is the most important thing while traveling, and this is not the place to be if you expect being treated properly and decent.Too bad, since the hotel seemed to be nice when I booked it.

It was terrible no breakfast and terrible customer service . The lady called Lara sttelen was very rude. We hope the director of the hotel called Jan bundgaard review this .my parent had their worst stay ever.

Expensive Old hotel but great location”

The bathroom are old, room is small and old...not worth your money...aircon is not working very hot...only location is the best but will never stay again!

Terribly managed property but good location”

Flies everywhere in the room. Lost baggage from check in to room. Check in service was terrible. 4 am emergency evacuation proved completely false with no explanation.

Staff could do with polishing their skills at the front of house including the bar areas, the expectation of a 5 star hotel has not been met nor is there any evidence of a general managers presence which clearly reflects the level of service being offered.

This used to be a beautiful and vibrant Inter-Continental hotel in its hay days but now seemingly a forlorn ghost town... The lobby is somber, and the key card did not work 4 times in just 3 day stay!
