Front Desk staff and bar staff (Sidney, Nee) were great. Standard rooms - not up to par for a Westin Brand. Needs a hot tub and the pool should be filled in - not really a swimming pool, more like a wading pool. Outdoor was closed for the winter.

Large family took over the entire lobby they brought their food and games and litter the area, Area was too crowded and noisy for other guests to enjoy Additionally you can hear everything from your room the constant banging of doors, other guest tv, insulation for Poor

This was one of four hotels I stayed at on my car trip from NE to Georgia and was by far the best. I had a wonderful stay with my three dogs! The reception desk staffed were so nice and paid a great deal of attention to the dogs. The food was outstanding

In-Room Dining Staffの対応が最低レベル”

インルームダイニングの対応がかなり悪い。 電話をしたら、ルームナンバーを 聞かれたり （電話の向こうにはルームナンバーは表示されないのかも？）、 スパークリングワインを頼むと、スパークリングウオーターと聞き取られたので、 スパークリングワインだと強調したら、次にシャルドネ、リースリングを薦め始めた ので、もう一度スパークリングワインだといったら、沢山あるので、、といい始め、、 イライラが募りました。 今までの東京のウエスティンがベストで、北米、アジア、欧州のウエスティンが すべてが期待以上に良かっただけに、ここが唯一悪いのだと思いますが、 ここまで低いレベルを経験すると、同じ様な低いクオリティではないウエスティン が各地に幾つか存在しているものと察する。 その他のスタッフは普通レベル、部屋も田舎のウエスティンなので、想定レベル で許容できるレベル。
