    The location was excellent and close to everything, and the building was beautifully appointed, but that's about where the likes stopped. They missed the mark on so many things.
    There is no ATM on-site or a locker room or sauna for the gym. Having an ATM on site would ensure that their hardworking valets get the tips they deserve. I ordered room service, and the food was subpar at best. Being that this is a high-end hotel, I expected better.

    Such a wonderful and accommodating hotel. The entire staff was wonderful!”

    The staff was so nice and helpful. They even gave us complementary drinks for an error that happened with the booking. They allowed us to hang out at the rooftop pool after checkout and were able to hold our bags for us during that time. It was so helpful since we checked out in the morning and our flight didn’t leave until late afternoon. By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

    I asked the room be cleaned. I was asked if I need the bed sheets changed and I replied that wasn’t necessary to change the sheets. I was delivered new towels however the bed wasn’t made, they didn’t whip down any surfaces at all. I called the front desk when I returned to my room and they offered to send someone to clean however it was time for me to get ready for an event.

    Nice interior and bathroom. Nice roof top swimming pool.
    The doors slammed very, very loudly which made me wake up at night and early in the morning a few times during my stay at the hotel. The noise was so loud that my bed headrest shook slightly whenever someone on my floor left or entered their room. The rest was okay, but I would struggle to find anything I could call amazing. Cleanliness was good, but I wish the cleaning persons would change the dirty glasses and refilled the tea and milk suppliers which was never the case (I stayed for 5 days).

    Amazing and looking forward to return one day!”

    The location was great! Very inviting and beautiful area. Staff were helpful and made the stay enjoyable. The luxury of not having to go far to get a nice meal from one of the local restaurants in the area with a nice variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel because all of the staff were amazing!
    The weather but unfortunately the hotel can't control that. Would love to return to be able to utilize the rooftop pool when the weather is nicer.

    The location was within walking distance to many restaurants. In addition, they allowed small pets.
    Valet parking is completely unnecessary and shouldn’t be a requirement. Forcing customers to use a service they don’t necessarily want will push them to stay at another hotel.

    Food is ok, pool area is nice, lots of restaurants close.
    It was dirty hotel for $500 a night. Hair, food and tons of stains on the seats in the restaurant every morning at breakfast time. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival with someone hair all over the shower, with film on the door and floor. My room was poorly cleaned every day, limited closet space, no toilet paper or tissues, drag street racing and very loud parties every night until 4am. Not worth the price in anyway shape or form. They kept charging my card every day and they knew there was a system glitch. For the money I paid it was a huge disappointment.
