Check in took long. Only one staff was around for check in.. Room was nice. ”
Check in took too long. Only one person was assigned at check in and the check in system was not working well. However, the room was great.
Great family spot”
We were visiting Harvard University and we stayed here which was affordable yet comfortable and great service
Nice suburban hotel”
The room service was really good! Especially the sea salt caramel cake. I always like staying at a Westin hotel, because the quality is consistently good. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint I had is that the air conditioning didn't seem to get very cold.
not enough staff, poor food ”
breakfast was awful, and there was not enough staff - they took 30 mins to take my order, then sent the wrong order. The food was also burnt and not worth the money it cost - very expensive hotel
no fault to the hotel itself, the waltham area is boring to death. delivery food is 15$ minimum with 6$ delivery fee and mandatory 15% tip from anywhere in the area, so you end up paying 25$ for a 10$ dinner. i recommend going to elephant walk (cambodian/french) for dinner if you do stay here. pool was highly disappointing. for the money, and the area, i would expect more amenities. room was very clean and comfortable though. like a big fat loaf of white bread.
