The owner was very helpful and understanding before, during and after the stay. She had answered any questions we had prior the stay. She also immediately messaged us in regards to an item we had left behind at her unit, in which at that time we were still in the vicinity so we could go and collect. Despite the old look of the apartment blocks, the unit looked new and was kept clean and neat when we checked in and every electrical appliances (WiFi, Projector, Speakers, Microwave, Kettle etc) that were provided was working well. There were a few books, classic card games and Jenga are provided. There was no hassle during checking in and checking out. There are quite a number of parking lots available inside. Will definitely booking again if I return to Batu Ferringhi next time.

Nice location and beautiful apartment”
The interior of the house is so beautiful and clean. Location is nice,you just have to walk across the road to reach for the beach. Plus the owner is so kind and friendly. Only that i would suggest for the owner to provide a washing machine and a television. Overall,i am very satisfied with my stay here. It feels like 'home'. I really recommend this homestay for those travel with family and kids.

The house is fully equipped with all the basic facilities, including muslim "kiblat" signage! and everything is super clean!. Fully furnished with comfortable beds and equipped with air conditioning and during night times got cool breeze. Feels like stay in a 4 star hotel. Equipped with wifi . Everything is on good conditions and quick respond from owner. Definitely gonna book this place again if I’m coming back. If possible: + Washing machine + Smart TV + Water pressure

Convenient and Safe Place to Stay”
Whale house is an excellent choice for travelers who are on a budget but wants to have a convenient place to stay. It has basic and good & clean. Ms Ee Ling, who really would make you feel so welcomed and is always ready to help you and extremely friendly. The room was clean especially the toilet!. Rented the apartment for a weekend away with family. Great little apartment, very clean and pleasant. Located at Bayu Emas Apartment, the place is calm at night and near to local restaurant within walking distance. You can go to the beach opposite of the Pak Mid restaurant. The house itself is nice and clean. We have no issue during our stay previously.

We all hd a great time staying at The whale apartment baru feringgi. 100m to beach and other attractions. Apartment was so clean and neat. Kitchen stove & utensils are available for light cooking. Quiet place in the middle of Feringgi & Teluk Bahang. Just opposite the Bayview Beach Resort & Hard Rock Hotel. The owner, Ee Ling is so kind and forgiving, as I informed her about a broken plates during our stay. Check in process is easy (self check in) and the apartment is spacey & almost complete with amenities.. We hope to stay again at The Whale next time we visit Penang. Thank you Ee Ling😊

Everything is just perfect. Though it is not very fancy property, owners have made sure to understand every small need for family travelers and kept every utility in the apartment. right from knife, different sizes of utensils, gas lighter etc for light cooking to playing cards to mini projector is available in this apartment. Owner of the apartment definitely deserve cheers!

We had very good holiday experience in Whale House . My teenage childrens have a wonderful experience as they feels as their are at home.
