Oasis among crazy Koh Phi Phi”
This place is like a little oasis within the crazy scene that is Koh Phi Phi. I didn't really like the town very much on account of all the drunken idiots, like a giant frat party, however the White hotel is an absolute gem. It's right in the town but it was never very loud at night and the front desk woman who books tours is so kind and helpful, she really made it a great stay. Room is extremely clean with AC, very comfortable bed. The island is beautiful and it was worth seeing and taking a tour around to the national park, maya bay and monkey beach.

Suprisingly Quiet”
One thing to know is that there are 2 white hotels in tonsai village. If you happen on the wrong one first dont worry the staff there is very friendly and will walk you to the correct one. This was my first time in Koh Phi phi, from everything i read it sounded like a small town that PARTIES and this is 100% accurate. While on the island you will hear horror stories of people not being able to sleep at night because of the noise or people. This is NOT the case with whites hotel. Even though it was a minute walk to the party the hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. A good place to recover for the next day. I would stay here again.

We stayed at White 2 (by request) and it was excellent value for money. Though the room is not huge, it is clean, comfortable and everything worked as it should. We were met from the ferry and also had our luggage trolleyed back there when leaving (by request). Close to the centre but without the noise. The girl at reception is lovely and generally you get service with a smile. Though some of Phi Phi was a disappointment in terms of expectations, this place was certainly not. Papaya restaurant is very close and the food there is excellent and cheap, don't be put off that it doesn't look swanky!

Great Value with Air Con and Hot Shower”
Enjoyed our 2 nights at the White 1 (for reference there are 2 White Hotels on Phi Phi, #1 and #2, there is no way that I could tell to book a specific one on this website unless you were to book the villa room which they only have at the White 2). The hotel was a little hard to find, it's located above a small internet cafe and travel agent booth, the only sign for the hotel was a small colorful pole, it took us awhile to find it. Once we found it we realized that it was a great location in the center of the city, had great staff and the room was perfect. For the value I would recommend to any traveler.

Affordable hotel with neat concept”
The reason why i chose this hotel was because it carries its neat concept of 'White' unlike dull-looking and dark rooms of other hotels in the corner. Me being a 1st time traveler to Phi Phi Island, it was little difficult to find the hotel especially as there are 2 White hotel (White 1, White 2) and people telling me different direction. But it's at good location where there aren't too much of noise yet located in the middle of the road 1 way leading to Loh Dalam and the other way leading to Ton Sai. Also convenient store is located right next to the building. Overall, it was satisfactory experience. It would have been bettery if a cockroach didn't appear in the bathroom. * Note : Towels, Toilet paper and Soap are the only toiletries provided.

lovely hotel”
there are two white hotels on phi phi island, the white 1 and white 2.our booking is white 2, but the address on the booking confirmation list is white 1, so it costs us some time to find the exact location of the hotel.However, the hotel itself is quite lovely. and it is near the nightclub zone of phi phi island, so it is very convenient, and the room price is cheap.

i thought the price was a little bit too high for the type of service you get, which is basically nothing if you think this is not a hotel but more of a guesthouse. anyway, good location, 3 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the pier, and a short walk to phi phi view point. it's called the white hotel because it's entirely white! which i loved. i loved the place as a whole, extremely basic (a towel and toilet paper is all you get) but clean and large room, hot water, air con which is all i needed! oh, just one thing. the wireless connection was really bad!

Nice and Perfectly located Hotel”
phi phi is a small and compact island. finding a good hotel which is perfectly located is important if you do not want your nights to be quiet and away from noisy bars etc. the white is located slightly outside "happening area" (irish pub) and quite a distance from the beach where several beach bars with loud musics are located. the party normally goes on until 3~4am, worst during high season. the room is clean, aircond is good, hot water works well. wifi is excellent. the only issue is no "free breakfast", but u can get that almost everywhere. try garlic 1992 restaurant near anita resort. to muslims, halal food is not an issue, a lot of muslims on the island.

Nice hotel, if you choose the villa (last floor)”
Take in mind that there are two White Hotels: the 1 and the 2. We extended our stay at The White Hotel 2, because we upgraded the room for 200 THB more going up to the last floor. Villa room are comfortable, spacious and clean, and with a little terrace outside. Respect the standard room is a huge change! The reception closes at 7pm.

Great hotel with the best location”
the white 2 is great hotel. we didn't see the standard rooms, but the villa rooms were large, comfortable and nice. the location is great. it is minutes from one beach and about a 20 or 30 minute walk (10 minutes by long tail boat) from an amazing beach called long beach. still, the location in town is great if you want to be near restaurants and bars in the evening.

clean but overpriced”
I felt the white hotel was an extremely clean and well-located hotel. The rooms feature a lovely double bed, fridge (with complimentary water) tv, air con and bathroom. I really enjoyed spending my first night in Ko Phi Phi here since my main aim for the first night was to relax however I felt that if I had shopped around a bit more I could have found something similar for a lot less which indeed I did for the 2nd and 3rd night in Ko Phi phi.

One of the best in that price range...”
We were in a top floor room and it had a porch. The room itself was nice. Our bathroom leaked water but it was raining pretty hard. We stayed for 3 nights and on our last 2 nights, we could hear really loud music. Not sure if you would hear it on the 1st or second floor. Overall for hotels on Phi Phi it seemed nice and was the right price.

We stayed 2 nights in The White 2 Hotel. Is the types of Villa. Nice room but just towel supply. Although noisy for the nightlife but if you are tired, you will not affect on it. You can easy reach the hotel if you open your mouth to ask. Because it is not very good to find. There is no lift at the hotel, if you carry a heavy luggage, it should be a little bit hard. No breakfast provided within the hotel, but you can easily get breakfast around the hotel.

Nice hotel but service could be better”
we stayed at the white hotel and also the ivory and found that the white hotel offers better value for money. the standard room was clean, had a tv, hot water, a safe and was bright. the service there could be better...the women who sit at the front ignore you for the most part. they did let us check in early, which was nice. the location of the hotel is right in the center of town and close to shops and bars so don't expect complete quiet at night but even at the ivory or anywhere else in town, you would hear music from the bars because everything is so close together.

Local style hotel on the island”
The White Hotel on Phi Phi island is okay considering the price you have paid. The room is clean but a little old with smell of old room. The nice thing about this hotel is location. You can walk to the pier within 10 minutes (almost 20 minutes in case there are lots of people in the alley). It's easy to find restaurants and pizza stalls if you hungry, plus a convenient store is located on the front. The staff are nice.
