      Night out in Old Street”

Lovely rooms in the apartment clean and bright trendy decor. Fabulous shower, comfy bed, I would say the sofa bed isn't that comfy for two adults, but for our overnight stay it was ok. Fabulous space for short vacation for a small family, couple with two kids, Staff were lovely, I would stay again !!!

Great price but not the best location”

The hotel is actually very nice and chic. The room was very clean, very affordable and did surprise us how nice it was on arrival. However, whitechapel isn't the safest place and we were woken up by some tramps having a full blown argument across the street. I did find this quite funny but this was a shock for my partner. I would stay again but just be warned Whitechapel isn't for the solo traveler.

London prices (above everything else), London quality (below other EU places))”

Very nice staff, good bed, minimally decent breakfast. Otherwise, the place would be a decent student hostel in other - non-London - ordinary settings, but because is London you have huge prices for literally so little, sold as 4 star hotel

      Location”

Okay value for a decent location to go by tube around London /nr. Liverpool St. area a bit rundown. Be aware that breakfast is late starting 7.30am-10.00 so no good for commuters tbh. I unfortunately had a long journey ahead and did not get time to have any food before I needed to leave (paid in advance). Think you would struggle to find anywhere else local to eat early morning. Apart from that not bad and comfortable rooms.

It was disappointing to find a charge of £1.00 for what is normally complimentary biscuits in the hotel room online its is listed as a 4 star hotel complimentary biscuits are standard the mint on the bed was a nice touch. Aside from that my stay was comfortable.

Whitechapel hotel an excellent hotel and a interesting and exciting area.”

The room was small, but functional, with the basin on the room, toilet and shower separate. A twin Premium room was ideal. As we were riding the London Surrey, we had bikes, and these did make the room very snug. Most people don't travel with bikes! Will stay there again. Restaurants a plenty. Breakfast at the Superhreos on Commercial road is Turkish of nature and worthwhile. Walk to Bricklane, the Moo Cantina a great meal and pub, with lots more around.

      Friendly conveniently sited hotel.”

Attending a course at the London Hospital, very close, five minute walk. Room small with two singles and not much room for anything else so ask for a larger room.strange arrangement with sink in bedroom and separate loo/shower. Good breakfast but white coffee and orange juice are “extras”, all in all positive experience.

      Awesome hotel”

Had a course to do on Friday night and Saturday close by and decided to book a hotel , I choose this as it was cheaper than all the others around the area. I arrived at 3pm and the receptionist was fantastic and was in my room in 2 minutes. The bed was fantastic and I slept very well even though my room was road side it was very quiet. Lots of nice restaurants all around. Already recommended Hotel to all that was on the course

Hotel is small and squeezed in a corner of the city. Not much international restaurants around. There is a coffee shop across the hotel. Night the place is deserted - not much activities. Did not feel safe if travelling alone. Walk to nearest metro station about 10mins. It is ok for travelers looking for a decent room and don't mind the surroundings.

      A comfortable stay”

      Cleanliness, decor, air conditioning

This is an odd little hotel situated in a run down part of East London. Walikng up to the hotel we wondered where we were going, but the hotel itself is very modern and spotlessly clean. We arrived early and were able to check in immediately. It was only when we were there however, that we learned of the hotel's strict 'no alcohol' policy - not an issue on this occasion but I do feel that thus should be made clear when booking. The room was an executive king size and was a decent size but did have the odd bathroom layout that others have mentioned with the washbasin in an alcove of the bedroom. Not sure why they chose to do this. The mini fridge contained soft drinks and chocolate, which were reasonably priced. The air con was a real bonus. During the night we were awoken by a very loud argument between a group of men outside, which went in for quite a long time. We had booked breakfast and were surprised to find that we had to choose fruit juice or tea/coffee or pay extra for both. My husband ordered their version of a full English - although no bacon or pork sausage - and this arrived in two halves, the second part a good 5 minutes after the first. The food was OK but nothing special. On the whole we had a comfortable night in easy reach of a tube station but not sure we would choose to go there again.

      Good value for money”

      cleanliness, welcoming, good helpful staff.

We went to London to attend the tattoo convention on tobacco dock, we was looking for a hotel close by as we're not very familiar with London, the hotel itself was amazing, it was clean, modern and very welcoming. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only downside to our stay was venturing out to any of the London sights were costly, a taxi to London main attractions costing from 25 pound, the underground is a good 20 min walk although cheaper way to travel it's if u feel at ease walking around and traveling late at night.

      Queit clean & nice breakfast

I was choosing this place by budget, not disappoint, the place is good at it cost you. Few stops by bus to most hot spot on east side of London (Shoreditch Bricklane Boxpark SpaitalfieldMarket LiverpoolSt. BroadwayMarket) But the location of the hotel itself is not very pleasant, good enough if you dont expect to sleep in lovely district. Not much choice of cafe or good restaurant in area. Whitechapel tube seems to have no escalator or lift. Hotel is a bit walking distance from Station. Over all for location is decent. Nice cozy clean and quiet in Urban Style decoration. Friendly Staffs. A little bit inconvenience as the wash basin is not in the bathroom. And the bath unit have no rim (the shower can get over all the bathroom floor flood if you open the shower tap to its full.) Over all for the room is good. Good if you looking for quiet and cozy budget place on east London, and dont have any expectation for the district.

      free internet, cheap, great location

This hotel was on very good walking distance from my business center. Internet is fast and free compared with many hotels where you get "free internet" but than you can't surf. There is many good places for breakfast and dinner. Only problem in this hotel are very small rooms but despite of that I don't have any other complains about the hotel.
