Huge space”
We didn't plan to book this hotel but because the hotel we chose was overbooked, Agoda suggested this place which is higher price than the initial, but Agoda shouldered the additional cost. Surprisingly we had the penthouse flat, which is very huge, 2 bedrooms, with kitchen , living room, even washing machine. The entire place is clean. We loved our stay. The location is near the train station, around 10 mins walk. The location is quite crowded.

Good”
Hotel is small and squeezed in a corner of the city. Not much international restaurants around. There is a coffee shop across the hotel. Night the place is deserted - not much activities. Did not feel safe if travelling alone. Walk to nearest metro station about 10mins. It is ok for travelers looking for a decent room and don't mind the surroundings.

Quiet, clean but very small”
quiet, clean, good location
Everything is good, except the room was very small, no place to put the lugage and with some strange solutions; the washbasin in the room instead in the bathroom.

A comfortable stay”
Cleanliness, decor, air conditioning
This is an odd little hotel situated in a run down part of East London. Walikng up to the hotel we wondered where we were going, but the hotel itself is very modern and spotlessly clean. We arrived early and were able to check in immediately. It was only when we were there however, that we learned of the hotel's strict 'no alcohol' policy - not an issue on this occasion but I do feel that thus should be made clear when booking. The room was an executive king size and was a decent size but did have the odd bathroom layout that others have mentioned with the washbasin in an alcove of the bedroom. Not sure why they chose to do this. The mini fridge contained soft drinks and chocolate, which were reasonably priced. The air con was a real bonus. During the night we were awoken by a very loud argument between a group of men outside, which went in for quite a long time. We had booked breakfast and were surprised to find that we had to choose fruit juice or tea/coffee or pay extra for both. My husband ordered their version of a full English - although no bacon or pork sausage - and this arrived in two halves, the second part a good 5 minutes after the first. The food was OK but nothing special. On the whole we had a comfortable night in easy reach of a tube station but not sure we would choose to go there again.

Nice weekend”
The bed, Design, furniture
We had a nice weekend in this hotel. It was absolutely adequate for this purpose. Also for a longer trip it would be fine as the room offers enough space. We really loved the design of the room. Negative points were: Around the windows there was a lot of mold!! And the receptionists did not make any effort to offer any service. They did not even take the guest's luggage when one wanted to leave it there after checking out. The guest had to place it herself behind the reception. The area Whitechapel is close to the city center, which we loved. But you should be aware that it is rather a multinational place. We liked it anyhow.

Good value for money”
cleanliness, welcoming, good helpful staff.
We went to London to attend the tattoo convention on tobacco dock, we was looking for a hotel close by as we're not very familiar with London, the hotel itself was amazing, it was clean, modern and very welcoming. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The only downside to our stay was venturing out to any of the London sights were costly, a taxi to London main attractions costing from 25 pound, the underground is a good 20 min walk although cheaper way to travel it's if u feel at ease walking around and traveling late at night.
