Not worth it”
The area is not really very nice to stay there. There's a staircase where you have to pass a few man laying there... The room with the private bathroom has no window, we couldn't stay in it. So we choose the only room they had with a window. It was okay, but not worth the Money.Very loud, we felt like we would just sleep on the street.Take earplugs! Breakfast is eggs and bread. Wouldn't choose it again.

Good hotel”
Locator was great. Near Chinatown and the main attractions downtown. The entrance is a little dodgy. Keep in mind most rooms have a shared bathroom and the rooms near the lobby can be noisy with people coming and going. Would be great if they had a fridge as well. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was done. Really like the balcony overlooking the busy street.

Great location in downtown”
This hotel is centrally located in downtown Yangon. Upon arrival at the address, walk upstairs to the 2nd floor where the hotel entrance is. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and everything is in walking distance or an affordable taxi ride away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Disappointing and poor customer relations”
Booked the Superior Single room not knowing it was a shared bathroom room.because it was not in the description. When asked for the room I paid for, they did not have one available. They falsely advertised, had an ant problem in the room and couldn't give me another room and they refused to refund me. I found the room to be smaller than average. Though the most recent hotel renovation was only a year prior, I don't think the room right off the lobby on the balcony was included . Disappointing experience!

Horrible district”
The main attraction is the shewzagon complex, rather than the Sule pagoda. While the area technically is the downtown, there's a dearth of food and good markets: Bogyoke market is a good 15-20 minute walk and the good food is just north of that. The district is dirty, noisy and

Fantastic staff and location”
Best location in downtown Yangon. Building's colonial veneer and breakfast terrace an added bonus. Will definitely be returning.

The unexpected journey”
This hotel is locate close by the centre of Yangoon. I can walk to Sule pagoda as well as Rangoon Teahouse or the ferry pair. It's small hotel with only 9 rooms but serve with full-heart.
