We stayed in the jacuzzi room, it's such a lovely place with a good view and clean large room. The staffs were extremely kind and helpful, even the drinks from the room was cheap! Because it's located above mountain, air was fresh and cooler, we didn't use the car service since we drove our own motorbike but they also provided car service! The staff showed us the huge family room too! this is a great choice for the family or couple's trip to relax and enjoy from the daily life! Since it was a small resort, I felt better than huge business hotels which feels too cold and formal, The wind was way more friendly to us!

We really appreciate your understanding of what we can/cannot change here in Vietnam, and I'm sorry if you could hear it while you're here.. the ability to control the actions or noises which occur within a neighborhood can sometimes be an issue (luckily, not too often though). If any neighbor is being overly loud, we do call the police and always ensure the local department receives our full support and appreciation in return.

Nice Quiet Place”
The Hotel is set on a hillside away from the beach. The highlight of this hotel is the big jacuzzi in the rooms. It's a very nice quiet setting and staff provide great service.

Different opinion”
Some people love this place but I don’t. Located on the hill, the hotel offers transportation around Vung Tau. Staff is friendly and well-trained. Part of the building is under construction and doesn’t look nice at all. Swimming pool is squeezed in the front of the hotel and has very limited space to sit down and read a book. My room was spacious but didn’t give privacy: it has sliding glass doors and people passed by on the stairs or to the room next door. I had to close my curtains if I want to take a shower or If I want to have my privacy. room with cooking facilities but very small bathroom. Breakfast is nice, but only Vietnamese coffee (while they focus on foreign guests). I’ve seen better places to go to for my next visit of Vung Tau.

Everything looks goo in the photos but in reality its not, the snooker table only half the balls no tips at all and table is slanted. As I said the photo looked great.

Wind deserves the Resort in their name ....”
Wind was way above our expectations. The first impression as you enter the hotel is very nice. We were greeted by the manager, Thong, and made to feel very welcome. She took care of getting our evening meal delivered and the breakfast ordered for the next morning. The room and grounds are absolutely top-notch. The photos in Agoda don't do it justice. Our room had a huge LED tv in the living room and a nice one in the bedroom also. Also a water dispenser with H/C water is in the room, so no need for bottled water. We really felt everything was well thought out for a great guest experience. The pool is sparkling clean and as you go there, you will see the gym, sauna and steam room. All are first-rate. Every day we stayed was great, the room was made up perfect every day. Absolutely no complaint. On our last day, we met the Canadian owner, who is a really nice guy. Most of the staff speaks English and are helpful with trip suggestions. The only thing that was unexpected was when we were dropped off by our limo service. The climb up road to the hotel stairs is pretty steep, and the stairs are about as challenging. If you have any problems with that, you should call the front desk and have them send down their hotel taxi for you. We chose to make the climb and it does get easier as you get used to it. A taxi can drive directly to the hotel if you ask them to do so. Otherwise they let you off at the street side. We live in Saigon, and when we return to Vung Tau we will definitely stay at Wind Boutique Resort. It was above our expectations.

Best resort in VN period”
I've been to a lot of places around Viet Nam but nowhere has ever come closed to The Wind Boutique Resort. Wonderful view plus very private facilities are perfect for couples or families to stay. My favorite part while staying here is the in room breakfast service compliment with an amazing view from the balcony while eating. I will definitely stay at The Wind Boutique Resort again if i've ever come back to Vung Tau.

Great and peaceful resort”
We came back The Wind second time, after trying with other resorts in Vung Tau. We found The Wind is still the best resort ever there. There are many changes of the resort compare to 6 months ago, more facilities were built, surrounding becoming more attractive. The only thing that bug us is breakfast, which was very good / nice 6 months ago but for now reduce in both quality / quantity (still ok but not as good as old time). We understand that it's about cost management, but The Wind should consider having unique breakfast as the good old time. Will sure get back here with our friends and family.

Friendly staff, great rooms and lovely facility ”
We spent three weeks in Vietnam, stayed three nights at the resort. Our stay at the wind was fantastic. We were welcomed with a drink and spend the day within the facility. Played some ping pong, relaxed at the pool and took something to drink. The free shuttle bus was terrific and the driver was always happy. The staff always smiled and were very helpful with any request. Best part, you get so much for the price. We will absolutely recommend our friends and family to stay here. So glad that we took the time to visit vung tau and the wind.

Idyllic / Charming Place ”
(+) Our room was spacious, great with a wonderful jacuzzi bathtub. The staff is pleasant, gentle, friendly and helpful: Thank you ^_^ 10mn walk from the beach and 20mn walk from Jesus Christ's Statue " do not miss out the opportunity to go there including having a little trek." Great facilities! They provide a free shuttle anywhere in the town, a kind of TUC TUC that is a great idea, the driver is lovely. The receptionist suggested us to go to the Princess Spa after our Jesus trip and it was worth idea. We had an amazing relaxing weekend and we will come back to this place. (-) However, this place needs few changes, we are very attentive to details then The Wind Boutique Resort should improve few things as the cleanliness inside the room "dust at edge of bath + under the sofa + cleaning the glass in the shower", the garden and inside the swimming pool. The steam room should be cleaned every day to avoid bacteria, it does not smell bleach or clean; it should be great to add some herbal buckets for the foot when someone go the steam room, the big tree at the entrance in front of the steam room deserve to have those branches cut to avoid to receive it in our faces. They are a lot of mosquitos in the garden then some lemongrass essential oil diffuser or natural lemongrass should be great. The breakfast is far away from the outstanding of the hotel! it is very basic, not diversify and not well cooked (especially for the western choices) fried eggs are overcooked as caoutchouc, toast are hard as rusk and the fruits plate comes with only 4 pieces of watermelon what a shame for the country of exotic fruits even how to set up the plate. I will recommend this place to our friends.
