Lovely place”
Fantastic setting. The staff are the highlight of the resort. Reception, Spa Therapists, Drivers and Housekeeping staff were all outstanding. Made to feel welcome and cared for. The facilities are excellent and extremely well maintained. Would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Customer service super friendly ”
The facility is great with the sauna and hot steam special the body massage package everyday we get are awesome. I have to mention about the staffs are super friendly and helpful by providing information and all the services we need during our stay. A huge plus about this hotel is they provide free shuttle including picking up and dropping off and get around the town helping us reduce the hassle of dealing with taxi.

Simply exceptional!”
Was upgraded to an apartment in the resort after booking a room at the hotel. One word, exceptional. From service to cleanliness to facilities. Everything was so perfect, the only downside is the location which by the way was eradicated by the resort by providing a free shuttle service, which when wasn't available the owner herself drove us around (they provide you with a phone to contact them with whatever requests you may have). And the service especially from Jo, the lady at the reception, was awesome she was extremely friendly, enthusiastic, humble and did everything she could to provide whatever assistance we required and i really meant extremely. The resort also gave 2 free spa sessions which my mum and sister went for and were super satisfied with. The resort has an abundance of facilities which you are more than welcome to use anytime of the day, what is more, everything in the resort is new, from the beautiful pool to steam room or sauna and even the jacuzzi. The rooms were really clean and the cleaning staff looked really happy to clean up the place and really kept the whole apartment really clean, I would think kudos to the owner for so many happy faces. The resort also took a obviously conscientious effort for the overall ambience of the resort, really a beautiful and relaxing place to chill, especially during the night. Though honestly, there may not be much to do here at Vung Tau, the resort really caters and provides plenty of activities in and out of the resort. Would definitely recommend everyone to experience it for yourself.

great room great staff”
the are so many things to like about this hotel, fist and most important really comfy Bed and he best pillows i've had in Vietnam all for good night sleep. The rooms are very clean and i've never before had my clothes i had laying around folded by the lovely ladies that tidied the room every day. The shuttle bus is also a great service. Breakfast was good but i would prefer a buffet breakfast for the money i paid but admittedly it was quite while i was there. All in all a really good hotel to stay in

It's a good hotel with decent rooms and amenities. The staff is the highlight. In terms of the rooms, they are clean and have everything you need. It's not super luxury, but its good value for the price.

Location is ok. near to shops and restaurant. Small hotel, small swimming pool. for kids or decor only. Lots of mosquitos , not able to enjoy the evening time at the pool. For breakfast, it is ok. sunshines and the pool. Facility: at the first bath, 10min to check hot water. then hot water not stable . then must take the cold water at 10 pm. Not clean coffee glass. Staff: call 0 to reception. not always the staff available. Lobby: lots of mosquitos, not able to sit and enjoy. Breakfast: no buffet. Ordered in advanced and served 1 drink 1 main dish and 1 dessert. Coffee is not good. Spa : appointment at 6pm. then 7pm. then canceled because no staff. Must take another apppoinent next day 9 am as part of the room's price and the guest list is long. Lots of trash is put in front of hotel, i hope a 3 star hotel can consider better way. the Hotel is ok. staff is nice. spa is good.

I do very much apologize for the difficulty finding staff, both in the spa and at reception - which has been one of the greatest challenges with the government closures on/off/on. However it has since improved, and we'd love another opportunity to help you again. Regarding our coffee, we use a famous brand name but we're also looking into sourcing a second option as well. they let our kids stay at the lobby 2 hours just for checking with boss abut Covid test. They did not informed us about the electricity will be cutoff in the next day while the government office announced weeks ago to reduce travelers from other cities. Food is poor and not qualify for price
