after reading other reviews was sceptical. laundry was done same day. rooms clean. always checking you are fine. the beach behind hotel is not nice. but klong dao n long beach are anazing. hire a bike to see some of this stunning island. lots of lovely street food in the area. staff were great, their english is coming along. they will be pros by the end of the year. i highly recommsnd this hotel. i wasnt scared to walk alone at night. ive done bangkok koh lanta koh phagnan and koh samui. this area n hotel were my favourite. thank u

We had a great time at The Wings Boutique hotel, the staff was really kind and helpful. The only thing what needs a review is the water heating in the shower. Once it's cold, once it's really hot, no matter in which way are you turning the knob.

This hotel is only new Very clean & modern The wifi was brilliant The rooms are very nice Big bed, wardrobes, shower & TV The location is OK not much to do around except a 7:11 and 1-3 other places You will need to rent a scooter and go south Try Shanti Shanti in Klong Nin if you want anice meal

Me and my friend so impressed with the location & new building of hotel . Its so easy to find and safe for lady traveler. We arrived at 9 a.m. Trinee Staff so smart & friendly ( SinYe or YeSong I cannot remember her name) always smile and active she offer us there’s a lot of activities to do such as half day tour with kayaking before the room will be ready at 14:00 pm and staff name Aom also really amazing in anticipate what guest need by informing us everything about hotel like a time closed of entrance, motorbike or car rental service, give us a room on lower level as we requested. We stay there 3 nights new room make us happy and sleep well its worthy as staying in 5 star hotel you can wash your hair everyday after day trip because they provide a lot of Shampoo & Soap , 2 bottle of water everyday , cleaning a room by hanging a sign the most we love is sink outside bathroom that really

Good place to stay”
We’ve been in and out of hostels for about a month, it was nice to get a hotel this nice for a similar price, room was big and so was the bed. Staff were polite and helpful. Only thing WiFi is slow and shower had a mind of its own temperature wise. Also our booking said room had wirlpool bath but it didn’t, all round nice place to stay

Everything not as advertised. Bait and switch deal? ”
First I should say that the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Overall our stay was pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable and as described. Shoes are removed at the front door and the interior was very clean. The rest was not as expected. Pool (and spa) is actually not on site. The restaurant seemed open for breakfast but closed for the rest of the day. Cafe or bar was always deserted. I was certain that we had booked a free breakfast. The first day there was no problem, then the 2nd day they asked for a meal ticket. They showed the booking record which didn't have breakfast included. We had to pay for breakfast, but it wasn't even anything worth paying for. The website says special diets are accommodated, but nothing special was provided despite prior contact. There is definitely no elevator, only stairs. Lastly, there were promotional brochures for elephant riding in the lobby.

Good hotel but.......read on!”
The hotel is only a few years old and is therefore still in excellent condition. The rooms are bright and modern. The only thing that let's it down is that there is no hot water. I asked three times about it and got the usual vague Asian answer ie..... no answer. It is obvious what they are doing. They are totally relying on solar power, which takes the chill off the water, but does not truly heat it. Consequently the water is the cold side of tepid. Lodgings costing a quarter of this have hot water. This is "penny pinching" and not what I expected when booking a quality, modern hotel. Also make sure you get a room on the non Mosque side, unless you like that pre dawn alarm call!

The stay was pleasant, a few things such as not receiving certain items back from the laundry and staff being a bit rude when I asked about it. I also unfortunately lost a very important ring during my stay. Overall good hotel, clean and close to 711 and the beach. You can rent motorbikes easily from the, too.

1. You can't walk in shoes in the hotel. You must leave shoes at the door otherwise the hotel staff admonishes guests. 2. The hotel has problems with hot water in the shower (sometimes there is no hot water). 3. Poor breakfasts (everyday the same). 4. Everything is wrong with this hotel although the pictures look very nice.

The fact that we pulled up to a building site sums it up pretty well i think. There was no communication from any one telling us of any issues. Would have thought that agoda would do some sort of check before they put hotels on their site very disappointed in their service tbh

New Year Fireworks can be seen here!”
Late review.. we went here during new year and we are lucky to be able to see fireworks sitting comfortably from our room. We had few issues though (can't blame the hotel). 1. Trouble during check in. They couldn't find our booking. We book through Agoda the day we want to check in. Little did we know, Agoda is a bit slow here. So guys if you want to book. Booking is better. Supposedly full house already but they manage to find room for us. (Maybe we got the room people rarely use which bring us to the next issue) 2. No water at room sink & aircond didn't work well. We slept in sweat. It's too late when we realize the issue. Receptionist is no longer there. We were soo tired and just let it go.. Next day we told them about the issue and they were very sorry and apologetic. I will still recommend this place because the staff/owner is friendly & humble. Very clean place. Nice decoration. Most importantly the view during new year is amazing.

The worts stuff ever”
It’s the worst hotel we have ever been to. Mostly because of the stuff. In Agoda it’s written reception works until 9PM Due to delayed flight I called hotel to inform we will come later (had no exact time as due to weather we landed in another airport). To hotel came at 8:40 PM even at that time reception had to work, nobody was in a hotel. Called to the hotel boss (got phone no when I called day time). Boss said that receptionist went for a dinner and will be back in 20 min. After 40 min man came holding sleeping child. He showed us the room and left the hotel. Room wasn’t proper (dirty glasses, TV control without batteries, no drinking water left, even if it was said there will be, shampoo and gel not refilled). We decided to spend night and in the morning talk to reception about the problems. In the morning when we came for breakfast there was no one in hotel, again. And no breakfast. Again we called to the boss. He said we don’t have breakfast, although we made reservation with breakfast. I asked if somebody could come to the reception and we could talk about the breakfast situation and room. He said that today is muslin celebration and someone can came later, maybe after 30 min. We were very disappointed so we just left the hotel. Hotel gave refund except for the first night even if there was no breakfast we paid for. This situation is the worst we have ever had in any hotel, hostel ect.

A great spot pretty much on Khong Klong Beach”
A great spot pretty much on Khong Klong Beach. The beach is a 1 min walk away. The hotel is run by a very sweet family who are getting back on their feet after being closed for 3 years because of the pandemic. They've done a great job at keeping the hotel in great condition in that time. Its clean, modern and our room was quiet. Good wifi. We were never disturbed by noise inside or outside. Khong Klong Beach is a good place to stay in Ko Lanta, the other parts are very quiet. This has a little bit more going on but is still quite chilled. Great combo.

Las únicas pegas que le pongo es el baño, la ducha y el retrete están en el mismo habitáculo, mientras que la pila de agua está fuera del baño, eso es un poco incómodo, la ducha llena todo el habitáculo de agua xq no hay plato de ducha, es el suelo. Y todo se pone perdido de agua. Tampoco me gustó que las cortinas no fueran opacas, entra toda la luz desde bien temprano. Y se escucha todo de fuera, a las 6 o 7 de la mañana empezó a escucharse durante una hora por unos megáfonos de la calle una especie de rezo o algo asi( perdón por la ignorancia) que la verdad no había quien durmiera.

HOTEL NUEVO Y COMODO”
El inconveniente es que no hay piscina, algo necesario cuando la marea baja y no te puedes bañar en esa playa pero te llevan a la piscina de otro hotel en la playa de Klong Nin de forma gratuita de 11:00-14:00, siempre que lo comuniques antes. Todo perfecto, el personal, las habitaciones. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Recomendamos el Klong Khong Restaurante a unos 200 metros dirección puerto. El Friendly House tambien esta bastante bien y hacen jnld batidos muy buenos.
