Met by friendly staff at reception quickly checked in, the rooms are clean and a nice size with large comfy bed plenty of storage, breakfast was nice with a good choice and friendly helpful waiting staff. My wife used the pool and steam room and sauna and was happy with the facilities. My only criticism was the traffic noise and people stood talking under the window, due to the central location it was impossible to have the windows slightly open at night to let a little air into the room, if they adopted the premier inn policy of a good nights sleep or your money back then most people would be claiming for a refund. Which was slightly disappointing as we had requested a quiet room when we booked several months ago.

I trained many years ago in Worcester so tried to organise a reunion. Failed at that but hit gold with the hotel. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and I will happily stay again.

Great Location ”
I stayed in room 302 situated on the third floor at the front of the hotel overlooking the street. The room was large and very clean, WiFi was good. Yes, there was some noise from the street below but if you want the convenience of a city centre hotel you can’t expect the quiet, traffic free luxury of the countryside. I still had a good, uninterrupted, nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. I used the onsite gym which was well equipped and the staff member I spoke to , Steve, was polite and very helpful. Other reviewers have complained about the lockers and changing rooms. Again, I agree, the area to change in is a little small and the lockers in need of being replaced but they are adequate and Steve readily supplied a padlock and key. Overall I thought the accommodation was good, the staff helpful and polite and the facilities and location excellent for the price I paid for a city centre hotel.

Excellent value. Very professional staff polite courteous. Beautiful cooked ( hot fresh) standard English breakfast. We would recommend booking directly with hotel in case you need to tweek anything at a later date For example choose quiet room at the back as the street view rooms are ridiculous noisy (ambulance sirens and loud people) All that said it’s a bit of a gem very reasonably priced

Good place to stay”
A lovely hotel that we stayed at for the races. Five minute walk. Hotel room was lovely and clean. This hotel just needs a fresh pair of eyes over it to make it fantastic. Stayed two nights but not sure even if the bar was open. Lovely area but no lights or bar staff. Likewise with the restaurant. Lovely but again didn't really look open and again not sure. Leisure facilities great. Parking great. Lovely hotel. Bit of town noise but what do you expect. Would recommend .

Perfect location for transport, town and river”
Staff at reception were excellent and attentive, leisure area needs attention looks bit neglected in changing rooms, pool side sauna and Jacuzzi were clean and looked appealing, only downside was boiler had failed so water was still warming up but they did have a sign up so we were aware

It was a nice hotel with good access to the town and cricket club. Was a little tired in places but overall very good.

Lovely staff, hotel ok, house keeping poor had to ask for towels each day, no bins emptied ). Bedroom window didn’t close. Not a problem until the car alarm with added rock music went off from 11pm until 2 am. All in all ok.

Let down by receptionist ”
Good hotel in a good location for Worcester however the hotel was let down by the receptionist who was a older women with blonde hair and glasses very rude when I checked in and during the night we whete woken up by the fire alarms at 5am I mentioned this to that same lady and I had no apologie all she said was it was a false alarm and the people next to me complained about it too and they gave them there parking for free I think maybe me and my girlfriend didn't fit in this hotel we will not be coming back after the way we have been treated and my girlfriend felt very uncomftable this was ment to be a nice relaxing night away for my girlfriend as she has had a bad week but unfortanley it was let down by a couple of things

Unfortunately, the fire alarm was deliberately set off by some guests who have subsequently been dealt with and my apologies that you were inconvenienced as a result. Hotel Needs Updating”
The hotel location was excellent but it was tired looking and in need of upgrading . Our bedroom on third floor was clean and bed comfortable . The shower pressure was very good but the rest of the bathroom was very tired looking . Probably the biggest drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the room . The noise and people talking in the corridor was clearly heard .

No Electric sockets near bed, needed this for medical equipment. had to sleep on the floor to get over this issue. Crockery supplied for drinks was dirty and chipped beyond use (health hazard). very poor for this central hotel acommadation there must be better around worcester

What a nice surprise - We will be revisiting”
I decided to take my wife away for a couple of days and we decided on the Worcester Whitehouse. My wife is disabled so I asked the staff at time of booking to see if they could help with this. From the moment we arrived the staff were absolutely awesome. Courteous, kind, attentive and very friendly. When I booked I was a little concerned that the room rate was very cheap - Would that be reflected in the quality of the room? Definitely not. We had been given a room which was absolutely perfect for us. The bathroom was huge with all the disability attachments needed, it was clean and the bedroom suite room was enormous. I was so impressed with the room and the facilities. I went roaming and checked out the bar which was roomy and spacious. The Gym and pool/sauna were amazing - Should have brought my speedos ;) We didn't originally book breakfast but decided to add it and boy were we glad we did. The buffet English was awesome and the continental ticked all the boxes for my wife.

The hotel is in a great spot in the centre of worcester. It was quite noisy as we had a front room. Our electric kept tripping but this was resolved quickly each time. Not aware there was a charge for parking until we arrived which is 6 pound a day. Wifi you needed a daily code from reception. Bit of a waste of time. Did not have breakfsst at 10pound a head a day extra. Loads of places local half the price

We stayed one night at the Whitehouse. Our room was at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately, this room does not have air con and we couldn;t open the windows because of the noise of the main street so had to make do with a fan - not ideal. The hotel itself is convenient for the centre of Worcester which was a plus and the breakfast was really good. Such a shame our stay was spoilt by the room!

Brilliant hotel! ”
The hotel room was extremely spacious, well-appointed and with a lovely view. The bed was huge (standard double room) and extremely comfortable. For the price, I was shocked. I’m a budget traveller and this was pure luxury. I wish every hotel was like this! Brilliant staff too!
