Best if you're taking the bus”
The location is excellent for people taking the early morning bus from the nearby station. The room is very clean, spacious and relatively new. If you are not taking the bus though, I'd advise you to stay closer to the old town.

Short stay in Chiang Mai”
My wife and I (both retired) had a three night stay here in January. We chose the hotel for value for money and weren't disappointed. It's new and clean and is kept well maintained. Convenient location for driving and bus but a trip into town centre. Wifi was v. good.

Can't complain. The large room came with a desk area if you need to do some work. The staff arranged a cab for me when I needed it. The eggs and hotdogs at ( the free) breakfast could use some salt 555. Seriously, that's my only feedback 😆

Hotel is newly renovated and clean. Cannot beat the location if you are transferring via the Arcade Bus Terminal.

Exceptional”
Depends what you wanna do in Chiang Mai. This place is like 10 mins away from Chiang mai centre if you are on a bike. Close to Bus station, Macdonalds, Plenty of Street Food, Laundry, Central Festival Mall, Cafes, 7-Elven. It was pretty convenient for me. I didnt chose to eat the breakfast at the hotel, I used to eat outside.

Visiting from Chiang Rai overnight”
Great little hotel. Nice comfortable bed. Good AC and shower. My only issue is with training of breakfast staff. A male 30 something lout customer was talking very loud for over 10 minutes in the small dining room at breakfast. Staff did not say anything to him. Finally I went to his table to advise him in my limited Thai that he is loud and that it would be polite if he spoke outside on his phone so as not to disturb other guests. His friend (2nd lout) and he were none too happy. I was afraid they might escalate the situation. I was afraid the situation could escalate. On leaving he made some sarcastic comment to the young lady working in the dining room who seemingly agreed with him; or just laughed with him to maintain face. It would have been more appropriate is she had advided him to be considerate of others.

One of the best places with balcony”
The rooms are excellent. Super clean and the wifi is strong and everything is great honestly. I wish the prices were lower. I would love for this to be at 500 bhats. But if I'm with someone special this is a place I wouldn't mind going for. The facilities are excellent. No complaints.

Room is big with balcony and very modern design. Less than 5 minute walk to the bus station if you are planning to take a bus to neighbouring town.

Close to bus station ”
Ideal for an overnight or a couple of days.I stayed 5 days , excellent deluxe room with microwave etc.I didn't mind walking to old town ,about 3.5 klms,always a cab back though..lol Absolute bargain for price ,but can be noisy from Temple across the Rd but after about 7 pm it's fine .They need to put a stop to the house close by ,that sets up a karaoke speaker and tv and belts out a few numbers at full volume.

Does the job! ”
Great hotel, we only stayed for a night but wish we had stayed longer. Centre only a short walk away, bus station is 1 minuet round the corner, Central Festival a quick 10 min walk away also. The room was large, very clean and tidy, had a fridge and microwave! Great nights sleep with a great breakfast buffet. Great value for money!

i guess it would only make sense to stay here if you need to get to the bus station rly early the next morning or arrive rly late at night and don't want to spend more time getting to another accommodation nearer the city
