On wednesday we have our weekly super party, especially for the dance lovers and nightcrawlers! The location is divine -- footsteps from the clear clean Cenote-like azul Lake Bacalar. The building is new, elegant, handsome, functional, efficient. The staff has all those qualities. I've never felt so blissed -- by health, beauty, peace, intelligence, charm, fun.

I'm a solo female traveler and I stayed here for 5 days. The staff was friendly and accomodating, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. I felt safe, had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast ”
No breakfast because of covid but we share the same kitchen, rooms, showers etc. Nice hostel with a beautiful view, but it can be loud in the evening!! Its says only adults but also childeren stay there and people playing beerpong. Its not a hotel!! But prices are like that! Also staff can be very rude!!

super. however the music from the bar is right outside. so if you want to sleep early. well you'll have to put up with the music until about 11pm. poorly designed shower area. needs a shower curtain for the shower. no matter how considerate try to be.. water goes all over the bathroom ha!

Stayed here for two nights. Lake view private room. Toilet in room number 5 does not flush. Receptionist was informed and it was attended immediately. Unfortunately you have to asked them several times to have housekeeping come and clean it. Dirty bed sheet. Location is perfect. Staff is fine. Place is convenient for solo travellers not for relaxing.

Excelente ubicación”
Muy bien ubicado frente al lago, las instalaciones son nuevas, buena atención, cerca al centro y ATMs y el desayuno es Ok (frutas, cafe, te, leche, tostadad, mermeladas y mantequilla). Es un poco caro para una cama, pero vale la pena! Amplié mi estadía dos días más.

Vue magnifique dans un hostel festif ”
Nous avions une chambre privée avec vue magnifique sur le lagon. Très bon accueil avec un cocktail gratuit à l’arrivée! Petit déjeuner copieux et de nombreuses activités proposées! Points négatifs : pas d’eau chaude et mauvaise isolation sonore. Ne vous attendez pas à dormir avant 1h du matin.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht ganz für ein Doppelzimmer”
Wir waren zu zweit im Hostel und hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Seeblick. Die Aussicht ist super. Allerdings sind immer Mal wieder abends Partys, die dann ein Schlafen vor Ende der Party unmöglich machen (sehr hellhörig). Wir hatten zunächst eine Nacht für ca. 1.400 Pesos gebucht. Bei Ankunft hatten wir direkt nachgefragt, ob eine Verlängerung um eine Nacht möglich wäre. Die Antwort war: "Das Zimmer ist schon belegt, aber es könnte sein, dass es wieder storniert wird. Der Preis würde wieder bei ca. 1.400 Pesos liegen." Tatsächlich wurde dann am nächsten Tag ein Preis in Höhe von 1.700 Pesos verlangt. Einfach eine Abzocke um nochmal Geld abzugreifen. Das Frühstück ist von 7 bis 10 und grundsätzlich ausreichend (Obst, brot, Marmelade, Cornflakes, Kaffee). Leider ist das Frühstück erst nach halb 9 vollständig aufgebaut und vorher steht nicht alles zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein Hostel mit guter Lage, welches aber preislich recht teuer ist und anscheinend die Touristen abzocken will.

시설은 만족 호수 바로 앞에 있지만 수영은 못함 새벽 1-2시까지 음악 틀고 애쉐이들 떠들어서 엄청 시끄러워 잠자기 힘듦
