It's basically a business hotel, but since it's in Taiwan, the W beds are comfortable. The breakfast is at a level similar to Toyoko Inn, but it's sufficient. The nearest station is Zhubei, which is a bit away from the center of Hsinchu, but there are few express trains that stop here, so it's recommended for those who have the time to leisurely travel to Taipei by local train.
This time it was a business trip, and the data shows that the hotel has been renovated this year, so the room facilities are quite new and clean. The bathtub is quite large, capable of watching YouTube, and there's a large long table, which is great for placing laptops and meals. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Within about 100 meters, there are a local supermarket, FamilyMart, and 7-11. For other dining options, you have to go to the vicinity of Sanmin Road (e.g., McDonald's). Food delivery through external platforms is also possible, and deliveries will be made at the 1st-floor lobby (there's a small table for delivery personnel to place orders). The Zhubei Station is right across the street, and there’s a parking lot in front. According to other reviews, the hotel basement provides parking, but I didn’t drive this time, so I don’t know how parking is in the basement. Overall, I think it was great! If I have business in Zhubei next time, I would prioritize staying at this hotel again. If booked through the Agoda platform, the invoice is issued by Agoda, and the invoice cannot include a uniform business number, but you can contact Agoda customer service to request an electronic receipt with the necessary details. It’s advisable for business travelers to confirm with their company's accounting whether they can request reimbursement.
Located opposite zhubei mrt station. There is limited parking lots in the hotel basement but there is a very big car park opposite the hotel. The hotel would pay for the parking. Hotel is newly renovated. Staff were very friendly. Our rooms were very new, spacious and clean. Smoking is not permitted in the hotel but some inconsiderate people did, especially at the hall way. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It was delicious and had lots of variety. Staff kept replenishing even past breakfast time. Very good value for money. Highly recommended to stay here. Hopefully smokers are more considerate.
I wanted a hotel room near the train station and the choice with Cloud could not be better. With the train station within 100m, It was easy to get onto the train to Hsinchu city and also to the HSR. The hotel is new and the single room is considered big, well-kept and clean. For the price point, the room is great and I was comfortable staying it in!

The location is somewhat distant from Zhubei Central Station, but it is very close to the Zhubei local station. The condition of the accommodation is quite clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The staff were also friendly, and they responded well to inquiries or additional requests, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would like to visit again on my next business trip.
