They should just shut down.
We've stayed in this hotel 2 years ago. Location perfect. Walking distance to surf, shopping, nightlife, etc. Room, okay. Returning to Bali, we decided to book again. Big mistake. Glad we got there when most of guests have checked out during that time as we were able to choose a room. The first room we looked at at the ground level had a hole that was termite looking. The next room they showed us was also at the ground floor. Another poorly maintained room. The staff was kind enough to show us other rooms on the second and third floor. Third floor had the best room we thought. Although the bed sheets were ripped and pillow case stained, we didn't mind. Upon check-in, we find out that there is no wifi. According to Frontdesk, wfi is being fixed and will be up the next day. 4 days after, still no wifi. Apparently wifi has been down for more than a week according to another staff. Wifi we could live without but on our 3rd night, after a long day out, we come back to our room to find out that we had no water. What hotel has no water? This was challenging as we had a baby so having water is crucial. Went to talk to frontdesk but the regular ladies that we speak with have gone home and was left with staff that spoke very little english. That didn't bother us as he did try to explain but what bothered us was that he seemed to not really care. Like it was the most natural thing. Only when I mentioned that I was going to call and cancel my Agoda booking was when he started to pay attention and ask another staff to do something about it. Most of the staff are quite friendly and nice. Not their fault that the owners of the hotel don't care much about fixing up the place. Such a shame. Oh, well. If a good location is all you ask for and all you need, then go ahead and book.

Overall i would say this hotel is quite good. The things that i am not satisfied with this hotel is the condition of the swimming pool with rustic tiles and the pool lamp has came out and hanging there. And i wonder am i going to get electric shock or what. Secondly, the wifi service is not available throughout my stay there for 5 nights. Then, the room condition is not equivalent to a 3 star rating. The sliding door and also the blind behind the door is like falling down whenever the door is pulled. Same goes to the bathroom door. There were no housekeeping throughout my stay as well. The good things about the hotel is near to tourist area and cheap. That's all

my view
need maintainance esp. all the door and the aircond need to be fix. and airport pickup need to improve i have to wait for hour and arrange my own taxi in the end.

Its different from the pics that you see online. Had to walk throught a dark alley to reach the hotel. Even the local there don't really know that hotel.

Would dare swim in the pool. Needs some goldfish in that pond. Room was clean staff was good just older hotel.
