Best hotel in town ”
I had very pleasant stay at the Zuri Dumai. I arrived midnite and the lobby is quite packed but they managed to checked me in efficiently. All the staffs from front liner to back staffs are very helpful and friendly. And about the room, even though it is quite compact, but it's beautifully kept, clean and cozy. The best thing that not many hotel has is, they provide bolsters! I really appreciate this small touch. Overall I will definitely stay here again if I visit Dumai in the future.

Booked for a Double Bed Room (Paid more) but unavailable on arrival”
Booked through Agoda a double bed room (paid more, since twin beds room is cheaper) but room wasnt available on arrival, front desks werent helping and instead insisting it wasnt hotel's fault. did complained, but wasnt handled at all, requested to see manager, but the manager never wanted to meet guest. not helping at all. staffs' service and attitude seriously need to be re-trained. this is hospitality business, they should have provided hospitality instead of apathetic!
