PointsMAX is a new way to earn benefits when you book accommodation on Agoda.com. It’s simple – choose your favorite loyalty program, and you’ll earn points toward that program with every booking you make with us.
In the menu, click PointsMAX and see your selected loyalty program.
Choose the room and points options for your selected accommodation.
Fill in your membership number when completing your reservation. The points will be added to your account after you check out.
Bonus Points Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is only applicable for bookings made between 1 September – 31 December 2020 inclusive. And for stay period until 28 February 2021 inclusive.
2. This offer is only applicable to selected pre-paid hotels and other accommodation where Agoda Company Pte Limited (“Agoda”) is the agent receiving payment directly from members.
3. To enjoy this offer, members must provide a valid The1 membership number when making a reservation and settle the accommodation payment.
4. Bonus points are awarded only for bookings made with The1 PointsMAX package (at the rate eligible for points earning). The points shown in each room type are regular points.
Bonus points earned during the promotion is 800 bonus points for every 3000 THB spend / booking on www.agoda.com/the1 ,The bonus miles will not be shown on the webpage.
5. The booking must be made via this promotion page only.
Some important notes on all PointsMAX bookings:
1. The membership ID of the intended beneficiary of the third party points must belong to the guest staying at the hotel (identified by the lead guest name);
2. The rates for PointsMAX bookings may be different from regular bookings at the same conditions;
3. PointsMAX booking rates cannot be broken down into a room rate and points component;
4. Any applicable cancellation policy will apply in full to the PointsMAX bookings;
5. Only reward points or miles can be collected, not status points or points;
6. PointsMAX bookings cannot be adjusted online using the Agoda self-service tool or by contacting Customer Service. To amend your reservations, you will need to cancel (subject to the cancellation conditions of the reservations) and re-book your reservation. Cancelled reservations will not earn points, regardless of the financial cancellations conditions;
7. Points cannot be exchanged in cash and are not cumulative with other offers;
8. The Agoda best price guarantee does not apply to PointsMAX bookings; and
9. The terms and conditions of the third party loyalty programs will apply to such program.
10. The Members are bound by the terms and conditions of AGODA and The 1 central Ltd. the owner and operator of The1 Loyalty Programme.
11. In case of dispute, the decision of AGODA shall be final.
12. This programme is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between The1 and Members, which is at The 1 central Ltd.’s sole discretion.
13. To enjoy the benefit of the The1, Members of The1 must make booking via the dedicated landing page at www.agoda.com/the1 and book a PointsMAX package offer including The1 points.
14. Member must enter their The1 membership number on the booking form in order to enjoy The1 points.
15. The1 points will be credited to Members upon departure of the hotel stay by the 15th of the following month.
16. The1 points earned are not inclusive of hotel tax and services charges.
