"The hotel is in the Surin / Bang Tao area.. it is a very good location if you wish to visit some of the upscale beach clubs in Phuket (most are only around 10min drive away). Nearby beaches are beautiful, and village towards bang tao charming. Staff is helpful and hotel is only 8 months old, so everything is very nice and new. Decent value for money in general.. and very good value compared to some of the other branded hotels in phuket. I would return any time!"

"Pleasant enough. it's not a luxury or four star type yet but has potential. Maybe because they're in the midst of building a new wing or simply because it's actually hotel apartments. It's a nice place to stay when you are in Laguna area"

"The location is good. It's in the heart of Phuket city but it away from the busy feeling of Phuket, The staffs are calm and nice. The place is fantastic even they don't allow you to cook (The room has open plan kitchen, but not allow to use, so it's a bit irritate, when you see it's in the room but you can't use it) Good finishing, clean and clear environment. I must say that within the rate I got, think it's wonderful. For those who doesn't have your own internet access may not like it as they do not have free wifi in room (only at the lobby)"

"This hotel is located in Phuket Town just across the street from Rang Hill. For the price, in my opinion, it is the best deal anywhere in Phuket assuming you have you own transportation. Your about 5 minutes from Central Festival shopping mall and movie theater. You're also only about a 15-20 minute from Patong beach (a good safe distance, haha). The pool is a great place to relax and it's a good place to base yourself if you plan on seeing sites all over Koh Phuket."

"Rooms is big and very clean. Staff was very helpful. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the happening place ( Patong beach) . Of course you can rent a bike/scooter and It will take you around 20-30 minutes for you to reach there. Plus point - as this hotel is in Phuket Town all places will be accessible within 30 minutes via 2 wheeler."

"It was so much more than we expected! This was like a home rather than a place to spend the night. A huge fridge for stocking up on food from the Tesco Locus that is directly across from the street! We would literally take less than 5 minutes to walk there, buy groceries, and walk back. There’s also a McDonald’s, a pharmacy, a pizza place, a massage place and a lot of other stores in the plaza. And it’s in Phuket, which is the main city of tourism. It’s a little ways away from the center of Phuket but they do have a free shuttle that runs from around 7 or 8 A.M. till 10 PM that can take you anywhere near the hotel. Very clean and spacious and homey. There’s a full kitchen and they change your towels and everything every day, including restocking your water & cola and coffee/tea supplies. Only thing that sucks is there’s no “do not disturb” sign for the door so they knock on your door every morning at around 11 A.M. so they can clean. You can tell them to come back later or tomorrow and just take the water from them, but it’s a bit annoying sometimes. If you’re not in the room, they’ll just go in and clean it. And their English is extremely limited (as is most of Thailand’s). Very friendly people and all around great place! Pool is open 24/7 and so is the reception. "
