A wonderful stay in Silvaplana”

It is ultra modern, but looks traditional from the outside. Inside the wood gives a warm feeling. Highly comfortable and right in the village centre. Kudos to our host Delphine. She was always available for any questions we had. This is a place we definitely want to come back to.

The studio is very stylish, spacious and comfortable. I spent three wonderful days there with my daughter. I can highly recommend.
The kitchen is well equipped, for the winter season a Fondue set would be an additional asset.

We had a fantastic time in this studio apartment with my husband and our daughter! Very close to the lake for beautiful walks and all that is needed to make the stay enjoyable (groceries, restaurants, bus). We will definitely come back!

die Instruktion für den Schlüssel und Tiefgarage war super hilfreich und gut verständlich. Das Studio ist sehr modern und neuwertig. schöne Aussicht auf Corvatsch.
es hiess in der Beschreibung „voll ausgestattete Küche“ - somit rechneten wir damit, dass es ÖL, Essig, Pfeffer, Salz, vielleicht auch Bouillon und weitere Gewürze haben würde. Dem war leider nicht so. Tolle Küche, aber ohne Grundausstattung kocht es sich nicht so gut. Auch war es im Studio enorm trockene und warme Luft, dies hat sich auch nicht verbessert nach dem Heizung abschalten.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage- Komfort wie zuhause, aber eben Urlaub”

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet- alles da was man braucht und in Top Qualität - Nespresso Maschine, Herd , Backofen, Gefrier - und Kühlschrank , Geschirrspüler und sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Sehr gut war die Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum einkaufen im kleinen aber gut sortierten Supermarkt, der auch viele regionale Produkte anbietet. Toll war der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, da lästiges Parkplatzsuchen entfällt und die Autos das Ortsbild nicht verschandeln. Silvaplana liegt ausgesprochen schön am See und mit Blick auf die Berge. Alle Ausflüge sind auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln möglich.
Da fällt mir nichts ein , ausser ein Regentag am Sonntag.

Sehr hochwertig gebaute Anlage mit mehreren Häusern. Zentral gelegen. Sehr nahe zum Zentrum mit Laden &quot;Volg&quot;, Post, Pizzeria,... Mir hat die Auswahl&#47;Qualität der Holz-Einbauten, der Materialien, (sogar Verdunklungsvorhänge), Waschturm,... sehr gefallen. Es gibt sogar einen separaten Tiefkühlschrank. Das Wasserplätschern vom Brunnen unten auf dem Platz. Es hörte sich wie ein Bach an. Auf unseren Anruf betreffs Parkplatz wurde sofort geantwortet und uns eine Übersichtskarte auf&#39;s Whats app geschickt.
Der Wäscheständer war zwischen Waschturm und Türe eingeklemmt und somit nicht benutzbar. Vermutlich weil der Waschturm sich verschoben hat. Kann passieren. Ohne Beschreibung, war die Suche nach der Schlüsselbox für uns vorerst eine Challange. (Haustüre liegt hinter dem Haus, gegen den Hang) Parkieren konnten wir dort auch nicht. (Es gibt aber eine tolle Parkgarage für die gesamte Anlage. Die Parkplätze Nr 104 und Nr. 106 konnten wir uneingeschränkt nutzen. (haben PP vorreserviert) Der Ausgang zum Lift war genau gegenüber. Ein Griff zum Aussteigen aus der vertieft eingelassenen Badewanne wäre für ältere oder gehbehinderte Personen sicher hilfreich. 1-2 Liegestühle zum Sonnen fehlen. Die zwei Campingstühle haben wir nicht genutzt, da nicht optimal für ältere oder gewichtigere Personen.

Das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet, äusserst modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und öffentlicher Verkehr ganz in der Nähe. Wür übernehmen das Studio in einem tadellosen Zustand und sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Moderne und grosszügige Wohnung an ausgezeichneter Lage in Silvaplana”

Schöne, moderne, saubere, geräumige und zweckmässige Wohnung. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber (TV funktionierte anfangs nicht, Problem wurde umgehend behoben; es fehlte ein gebührenpflichtiger Abfallsack, wurde auch gleich besorgt). An ausgezeichneter Lage in Silvaplana mit Tiefgarage. Charmantes und traditionsbewusstes Dorf, gute Lage für viele Outdooraktivitäten.
Die Wohnung liegt zwar in einer tollen Umgebung, aber ein eigentlicher Sitzplatz im Freien gibt es nicht, schade. Es fehlten Tabs für die Geschirrspühlmaschine, WC-Rollen auch etwas knapp (da die Wohnung doch etwas teuer ist, sollte eine gewisse Ausstattung inbegriffen sein). Die Übergabe fand per Mail mit einem PDF-Dokument in Englisch statt, für internationale Touristen in Ordnung, aber nicht ganz CH-konform.

-im Badezimmer war der Filter beim Ventilator&#47;Abzug sehr schmutzig. Es hatte bei eingeschaltetem Ventilator auch einen üblen Geruch. -die gefilterte Luft vom Abzug in der Küche beim Herd, geht direkt wieder in die offene Wohnung mit Schlafbereich.

Unser Aufenthalt im TheSelectionist in Silvaplana war einfach top. Das Studio war brandneu, sehr hochwertig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es bietet viel Platz, ist hell und sehr praktisch mit viel Stauraum. Garagenplatz inklusive! Die Lage mitten in Silvaplana ist perfekt! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden super betreut. Check-in ist via Schlüsselbox einfach und schnell. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank Delphine und wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei euch in Silvaplana!
