My family come back Hue city because we love this green city. The second time to Thien Duong hotel too. Its very warm welcome back and fun with staffs. They introduced to us other place to visit that we could discover very nice handicraft village. Recommend.

quiet location yet close to the center”
room is rather old compared to the reception area, and there were some very small ants in the room and the door had some very small gap you can see through the light but other than that, I had no trouble with their room. Very close to Sinh cafe office if you are traveling with them, it is very convenient. If you are moving to Hoi An after Hue, you can join the day tour that pick you up from your hotel, and go via hai van pass, marble mountain etc., then drop you off at your hotel in Hoi An, good option. Reception and the tour desk girls were very nice and helpful. I would surely stay here again

My business was just short time. But I was pleasure with clean and comfortable room here. Staffs was helpful. Good location. However, hotel didnt have free water in room, instead the mineral water was cheap in sale though.but its just small thing. Recommend.

Nice hotel”
The hotel is located right next to the Sinh Cafe office. So if you happen to be travelling via them it's really convenient. It's a bit of a walk to get to the Citadel though (30-40 mins). The room was neat and had hot water. Not a great view out of the window but who cares about that. The staff are young and friendly but unfortunately only 1 (a girl called Thu) out of the 3 staff can speak English. The other two try to communicate using google translate! However I was able to get them to book a reasonably priced bus ticket for me to go to Danang. And Thu even gave me her contact so that I could call her in case of problems. They also don't seem to have a bell outside the hotel so when I was returning late at night to the hotel I had to make a phone call to the reception to wake-up the sleeping receptionist. In spite of the difficulty in communication, they are nice and really want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so I would still feel comfortable returning to stay there.

The room I stay, on pictures, it has window, but I think they did close the window, room is small, I think other room will have window. The halls is cool on 3rd floor. Staff is friendly and really helpful to help me for carry my packages to room. Good price, enjoy time staying

Very disappointing”
Well the staff was nice but the room was really disappointing. First i was given a room with stains all over the wall which looked ugly, when i asked to show me another option I was given a room with mold stains in the ceiling but at least no stains on walls so I took it as they said there are only 2 options. Then I had to ask the staff change the blanket case bcz it was very dirty and obviously used after last wash, it even had a blood stain on the inside!! Also the room and especially pillows smelled with mold. The bathroom was ok. Not worth the money at all, before moving there I stayed in another hotel which was exactly twice cheaper but the room was better, I had to relocate bcz the owner closed it for Tet celebration. Also the receptionist misinformed me about when there will be fireworks in Hue, he said it'll be on Feb 5, luckily i asked at another place &they said it's 4 not 5 which proved to be true.

Okay hotel, don't recommend booking tours here”
We had a nice stay at the hotel, the room was very clean. However I wouldn't recommend booking trips or transport through the hotel. The staff didn't have the best English - which was fine! However we booked a bus from the hotel to Dong Hoi, we paid 3x the price for the bus ticket (compared to our return journey), and when the bus arrived it was a small 16 seated mini van which had 22 people in it for most of the journey. I'd recommend booking transport through a travel shop rather than the hotel if you stay here, we really didn't feel safe or comfortable on the journey!

Return customer, I'm always welcome here. Was upgraded to a bigger room, nice. Central location with easy access to almost every where, close to backpacker area/Perfume river/banking & ATMs. Friendly & helpful people especially the manager, will definitely come back.

Dù đã thanh toán trực tuyến và trưng ra biên lai đã thanh toán. Trên app đặt phòng cũng thể hiện đã thanh toán. Vậy mà họ vẫn đòi tiền và bảo chưa thanh toán. Mình đã bảo check kĩ lại đi thì họ bảo chưa nhận được mail và không truy cập được hệ thống để check. phải một tiếng sau họ mới kiểm tra được là đã thanh toán và đổ lỗi cho mạng chậm.
