Phòng không chắc chắn, cửa ra vào dán băng keo chằn chịt, thẻ quẹt không mở cửa được phải nhờ lễ tân quẹt bằng thẻ của họ mới vào được, tường ẩm mốc và tiện nghi rất dơ, quạt treo tường bám bụi bẩn rất nhiều, máy lạnh dơ phả ra hơi có mùi hôi, không có dép,... mọi thứ khiến cho tâm trạng nghỉ dưỡng của tôi không tốt, còn mang lại cảm giác sợ hãi, rất không hài lòng!
