Best accommodation of my trip!”
This homestay is probably the best accommodation I've stayed at on my trip through south east asia. Extremely kind and helpful people, very clean room with very comfy bed and an amazing breakfast (many options to choose from). Above all that, they give you advice about places for great food and sightseeing, you can hire their bikes for free, laundry service was perfect and cheap (20k a kilo) and they can even arrange the bus transfer for you to Hue (probably other places too) including pick up service from the homestay. I stayed here for three nights and it was perfect. It's a bit further away from the old town of Hoi An, but this results in a more gentle neighbourhood with still lots of great restaurants around for slightly cheaper prices. When I checked out I recieved a bottle of water for on the road. Thank you Thien Tan homestay!

Great little homestay near Hoi An Old Town”
We had a nice stay at Thien Tan Homestay. The staff really makes the experience quite nice. Everyone is extremely helpful, and works hard to make your stay in Hoi An nice. What was unexpected is that they clean your room everyday. The room is standard, clean, has AC (which is so nice because it's really hot here). Didn't wake up early for breakfast so can't really speak to the food. We liked the location because it's just outside of the old town so it's not as crazy. They provide free bike rentals which makes accessing anything in Hoi An really convenient. The locks can be a little buggy, so just check the locks and the handle bars before you choose one. The bathroom is nice too, after staying in several places in Vietnam, it was nice to have a glass division between the shower and toilet/sink facilities.

A very pleasant experience”
I stayed 12 nights in Thien Tan homestay and was very pleased. The rooms are fresh, well equipped and well kept and the staff and management are so friendly and helpful. There's free wifi wich works nicely. The location is good as well, near both to An Bang beach and to Old Town. You can borrow bicycles or do like me and rent a motobike (wich is better because it's pretty hot to go by bicycle, and the traffic isn't that bad here). A big advantage of Thien Tan Homestay is that you can use the kitchen and do cooking for yourself if you like. I also took the hotels advice on taylors, motobike rental and tours and I was not dissapointed. Made a beautiful suit and had some good tours as well. I was a bit nervous that since I was checking in at midnight, there would be no one in the reception and I didn't get any answers on my emails. But when I arrived there were one of the staff sleeping downstairs. So, no problem. All in all, I strongly recommend this place for your stay in Hoi An.

clean and big rooms, almost like new, nice staff”
the bad weather caught us in central vietnam and stuck the whole 5 days. we picked the homestay based on reviews and when it commes to accommodation, could not complain at all. we were upgraded from standard to superior room (the owner did not have it available when we arrived) and it was great. spacious, very nice bathroom, balcony to the main road. little bit noisier but sleep well. great beds, foam shaped pillows, good night sleep. we even prolonged our stay by one night and stayed until the New year. the stuff threw a dinner for all tourists staying in the hotel - lao cáu for everyone. very nice chatting together. the homestay is on the outskirts, need to walk or take free bike to the city but its worth it. the only cons we had was the pricing for additional services. e.g. price for laundry or motorbike rental was claimed by manager twice as expensive as next door. as we already spent some time in Vietnam, we are aware of the prices. we did not even asked for further assistance with bus tickets or trips around city as we knew it would be much more expensive than in any travel agency in town. but overall, people were kind and smiley, homestay very very clean (for vietnam exceptional). highly recommend staying here.

Excellent for the price”
For the price, you cannot do better anywhere. All the positive remarks made in the other reviews are true. The staff are friendly and trustworthy, the hotel is very clean and new, the location is far away enough to be quiet but close enough to be accessible via the free bicycles to An Bang beach or Hoi An town, and the breakfast is simple but adequate good considering the price of this hotel. I am extra obsessed with quiet, and the tv noise from other rooms and the road noise from the street in the morning were a bit disappointing, but most hotels at this price and higher also have these problems. I would stay here again.

SO LOVELY!!”
This place was so lovely we extended twice! Breakfast was included with a drink along with free bikes to see the city. The mini fridge was stocked (with fair prices on the drinks) which was super convenient. And the beds were INCREDIBLE! I've been travelling a long time and they've been the best beds so far! The staff were also incredibly helpful and despite there being a slight miscommunication at check-out it was handled quickly and ended with a friendly good-bye. Excellent stay!”
We arrived early morning and were greeted with smiles breakfast of egg or omelette fruit baguette and coffee. checked into our room striaght after breakfast at 9am and had a wonderfully hot shower! The bed is perfect with memory foam pillows. clean and tidy with modern bathroom and good view from balcony. The staff are the shining stars of this homestay. They are exceptionally helpful have excellent english and always smiling. the lady on reception even gave us free water for our walk to the bus stop on leaving. nice touch! Free bicycle hire or a 20 min walk to hoi an town or 30 mins to beach . thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Our favourite stay so far!”
I cannot recommend this homestay enough, we extended our stay as we felt so at home. Perfectly located midway between An Bang beach and Hoi An old town (10 min cycle with the free bicycles) this place is excellent value for money and the rooms are beautiful. The staff are a true asset and are willing to help you with everything (and so friendly!). Breakfast was always good and you have a standard choice from the menu. We would definitely stay again!

Homey Homestay”
This was not really a homestay, but a house converted into a small bed and breakfast. Nhung and her staff were very friendly and accommodating, and welcomed us as if family. They treated us to homecooked Vietnamese lunch and we really enjoyed it. The location is 15-minute walk to Old Town Hoi An and 15-minute walk to Tra Que village. We loved the spacious toilet and bath and the fact that they cleaned our room everyday.

Above and beyond”
Soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted by the staff. We were given a refreshing drink and told all the little secrets of Hoi An. Even though we booked a standard room it was by far the best room we had during our two weeks in Vietnam. Private bathroom and private balcony made it more than just a room. The location is great, being out of town but not isolated. Being able to use the bikes for free really made your stay more comfortable. The staff want you to have an amazing time rather than just seeing you as another "guest". Would highly recommend to family, friends and travellers we meet on the road :)

Awesome value for money”
We stayed here for 2 nights in January and by far the nicest hotel that accommodated us in Vietnam. The hotel is situated around a 15 minute walk from the old town but provides free bikes to ride in and as traffic in Hoi An isn't too bad was relatively stress less. The rooms were fully equipped with LCD TV, fridge a lockable cupboard for a safe and a very comfortable bed. Awesome bathroom with marble lined walls with excellent hot water. All the staff were really friendly and helpful always at hand to tend to all our needs. I give this place 10/10

New B&B in excellent location”
I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, midway between the beach (which is gorgeous) and the Old Quarter. I was happy to be staying a bit outside of the Old Quarter as it seemed a bit noisy there at night. They give you free bicycle rental so it is easy to get around wherever you want to go. The room itself was lovely, very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. We had a cute little balcony as well. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We arrived late the first night and Dinh greeted us with a huge smile and welcome drink. Breakfast was also excellent. This is a relatively new place without any wear and tear at all. Out of all the places to stay in Hoi An, you cannot go wrong with staying here. I hope to visit again someday!

Great value for money!”
A little ways away from Old Town but the hotel provides free bicycles for guests! Definitely a huge lifesaver and the best way to get around Hoi An. Loved the staff, the rooms and the breakfast here. Would easily stay again! Only complaint was that the bathroom door is a sliding barn door style set up. Doesn't provide the most privacy if sharing the room.

Great Breakfast, Nice Staff”
Great homestay that is just right out of old town. Homestay has bikes and bike locks for free rentals which was really helpful to get around town. We booked a tour to My Son Sanctuary with them, which was a rather large tour but booking was easy and convenient. Staff are really nice but only a couple can speak good English. Nonetheless, cleaners who have a hard time understanding will just give a call to another staff who can speak English. Breakfast was delicious and room was spacious!

Thien Tanh Homestay ”
The stay was good & the staff were warm & friendly. The only downside to the hotel was that it is located on the main drag from Hoi An to Danang so there was a lot of road noise from early in the morning till late at night.

Beds are super comfy! The homestay is on the main road, so a bit noisy but it's fine if your room is on the opposite side. Free bicycle, good breakfast, big room.
